Firstly, the apartment from which she fell down to her death, the window wasn’t of the type that one could easily fall from until and unless pushed by someone. They say she was under the influence of alcohol, but even if she was, she couldn’t have fallen accidentally. Secondly, her father said 15 minutes after falling she died, but eye witnesses argue that she was alive and breathing while lying in a pool of blood, after reaching the hospital she died due to heavy internal bleeding. Her postmortem report claimed that she had consumed alcohol before dying. But the big question and query in my mind is who gets drunk within 15 minutes? Thirdly, they say Sajid Nadiadwala was present at the time of her death in the house, with Neeta Lula and her husband. Here, her father says Sajid wasn’t there. Fourthly, why would Neeta Lula and her husband sit to watch tv, while Divya was drunk and walking towards the window. The maid Amrita, also died a month after Divyas death due to a heart attack, but in my opinion she was also murdered as she was the sole witness of what happened to Divya on the night of 5th April, 1993. There are so many loopholes and questions that are unanswered and till date her death is a mystery which remains unsolved. 😔
