    Important note: the room I showed was more expensive because it was Semana Santa, the Holy Week before Easter. At other times it's cheaper. However room prices at beach towns are always more expensive than in other places that are less touristy. You will find much better deals in other parts of Mexico. If you want to book a room at the hotel I showed in this video (The Hotel Refugio de Sol), or anywhere else while you're traveling, I recommend this site: www.booking.com/index.html?aid=1724899

      Haha, the REAL San Fran? Isn't it a sacrilege saying this from someone who comes from where you do?

    • @SuiGenerisAbbie
      @SuiGenerisAbbie 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      01:37 -- Yay! I was awaiting when you'd film some REAL Mexicana dresses or authentic clothing at all, versus the crap they foist off on unsuspecting Touistos and Touristas / Gringos and Gringas.

    • @SuiGenerisAbbie

      Your hostel looks quite clean, actually. Couple of cracks in the walls, but, no vermin from what I could see. You have gotten VERRRRY lucky with having no bed bugs or other vermin, on your trips. Others have not been so lucky, especially in India!

    • @SuiGenerisAbbie
      @SuiGenerisAbbie 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      06:39 -- Food glorious food, hot sausage and mustard ... Just kidding but, what you showed DID really remind me of that song from the Brit musical "Oliver", LOL ... I love seeing what others eat. Not too sure WHY, but, I just do. Chipolinas fried, are quite good, when they are seasoned correctly.
      11:34 -- Looks to me like mustard of some sort, and not guac, actually.
      13:14 -- STRICT Warning to the ladies out there ... DO NOT hang your bags, of any sort, over the backs of your chairs, lest you want them stolen. People can just run riiiight by, unhook 'em and take off like nobody's bizness. And, the smarter nickers will be on motos, as well. Oh, to nick means to steal, so ...

    • @SuiGenerisAbbie
      @SuiGenerisAbbie 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oops, from the comment hog, here, sowwy -- The beaches near San Fran look to be quite pristine and clean.

    I spent a month in Puerto Vallarta in 2015 and one of my sidetrips was to Rincon de Guayabitos...what a beautiful place that is...Happy Trails and all the best, Johnny

    Ah, San Pancho, the town where even the crabs do the conga on the beach! It's like that one friend who's both chill and crazy at the same time. This place has a rhythm of its own, with waves serenading sunbathers and the parrots gossiping louder than a group of grandmas at a bingo night. It's a bit like a magical cocktail, where the salty breeze mixes with the sweet smell of churros, and the locals have mastered the art of time-schedules here are more of a suggestion than a rule. The iguanas roam around like they own the place, and the town's energy is as vibrant as a pinata party, with colorful buildings and streets that twist and turn like a thrilling rollercoaster ride. San Pancho, where the sunsets are as stunning as a telenovela cliffhanger, and the town's vibe is more relaxed than a sloth on a hammock. Nice video, Gabriel Traveler!

    Nice video, @GabrielTraveler! I just got back from a week in San Pancho, after a week in Guayabitos. Spent my first night in the hostel on the ground floor of your hotel (Refugio) but moved a few doors down to Casa Pancho Playa, also CAD$49 a night with free breakfast (like Refugio del Sol) but it has a nice pool too. (also booked everything on booking.com). If I go back next year with my buddy Steve again, I'll have T-shirts made up: "Fear and Loathing in San Pancho" !!
    Crazy times. But now all the locals know us ;)
