pile 1, i want to be a musician and like you say for a long time i was just idealistic about it, but i’ve lost confidence in my capacity to learn what i need to learn and have the skill i need to make it happen, it’s something i think about but any time i play or try to learn something it just doesn’t work because my mind isn’t focused and i’m always thinking i’m not good enough and i can’t learn things and i walk away because it hurts to feel like i lm just not good enough every time i try. i’m trying to make more practical steps toward it but i just can’t shake the feeling of doubt that it’s possible because i feel like i’m no good. music means a lot to me and i desperately want to create my own and pursue it but i’m an amateur and i feel like i’ve lost so much time. so i don’t even know if this is the right path for me and if i should invest more into it

Pile 3: I work in a nursing home. A lot of times I feel as if I’m the only person there that actually gives comfort to these handicapped elderly residents. I’m constantly thinking how their needs to be like 20 more clones of myself to actually make this place a loving home for them. But lately I’ve been thinking of changing my career path that is more focused on myself. But I’m waiting on the right moment to take that leap. I have an idea already on what I want to switch to but am waiting for that financial moment that allows me to make that switch over. I’m thinking by the end of this year or beginning of next year I’ll be at that point. But I keep feeling that the sun eclipse this April 8 is also a huge turning point in my life. So who knows maybe I’ll end up taking up this new path for myself sooner than I’m aware of. And ya so accurate.. my bf is an orphan,take in strays animals, I help random people on the streets, and I work with the elderly disabled people, and bring hurt animals to animal rescues. I literally have a personal cell number of a rescue lady to call during there closed hours😅.. didn’t realize all I was doing till writing it out😅🤦🏼♀️.

I had the same teacher in 2nd and 3rd grade that was inspirational in drawing out my creativity that she clearly saw in me. We had story writing sessions and she would also ask me to write her stories over the weekend. She would read them and gave me feedback. She then blew my mind when she told me I could be a writer. I had no idea I could, but at that moment a writer was born. I was 8 years old. Also, pile 3 - It resonated so much, I was getting hyped just listening to your enthusiasm! And if I'm allowed to share some light on the timing (I haven't finished watching, I'm still at the point where you just showed the 'Companionship' card), in my personal case all I can say is that the timing is totally dependent on a couple final steps that ONLY I can take. It's like saying "Everything you want is on the other side of fear", which is totally true when I know I've been procrastinating and almost frozen regarding taking these last steps, only because of the fear of the unknown, of the consequences. The uncertainty kills me and makes the situation a lot heavier than it needs to be, it is making me having to prepare for a lot of hypothetical scenarios that may or may not happen. But the freedom and the life on the other side of these decisions is certain in my case, it's just waiting for me to take the final steps, and that is why it's not here yet. So how long will this "final phase" take? It will only take as long as I need to prepare for it and be strong enough to take the steps.
