another variation of this dish is mushrooms cream and oyster sauce. i think it was 300ml of cream and 3 tbls of oyster sauce mushrooms and chicken and you could also add spinach.

That looks soooo good! But, I'm allergic to spinach... so I'm thinking really small broccoli florets or even asparagus.
I’ve always wanted to try this dish but am the only one that likes tomatoes 🍅 in my house. I’ve never tried sun dried tomatoes so it is nice to see I could use a fresh tomato. I wonder if I left the tomatoes out if just the cream sauce would be delicious with the chicken? Or maybe I could blend the tomatoes so there aren’t any chunks & mix that in?
I'm sure either way would work. Blending the tomato could give you a slightly pink sauce and there's nothing wrong with that! 😋
