I agree with your comments about the announcements. The sound for the nell you have to spend time adjusting it in the app. Have fun with your set! You may want to purchase the lighted tracks. They look great under the tree.

Hi my friend... Can I regulate the music boxcar volume?
Hi there, thank you for posting. We recently bought this and got it set up and seemed to be working fine and then it suddenly stopped. Any idea on why? The lights all work but the train will not go. If you connect the the first 2 cars it'll move slightly but nothing continuous.
Sounds like an electrical problem, are you just using the track that came with the set, or did you add more track?
The same thing happened to my Lionel polar express
The set I bought did same thing. It was the music car shorting out.

I bought the lighted boxcar before I bought the Ready to run set, to add to my Christmas display. Then decided to buy the set, so I added it onto the Train for the Video. Lionel #2028300 Christmas Light Express Boxcar
