What about placing beds in swamp and mountain ice cave near the artifact container then fast travel (make sure no items in inventory) then take artifacts then redeem in obelisk and has a chance of getting 10 from both 2 artifacts (but also need to die while in the cave because fast travel will remove the artifact)
it is depends on the damage tbh, more damage = more torpor but be careful because some dinos is just have low health if you do more damage than their hp then they die

If you take your time forward as much as you need, you can get your prize, but you must always play ark at the same time.
