Its been 2 years and the watch is pretty much losing 10K in value on the secondary market.
Funny to see how many comment actually praise this watch here. If you go watch other youtube channel dedicated to watches, they are almost all in agreement that this Code 11.59 is a total bust of a watch. Nobody buying it!

Kevin, I like that strap on the AP. I do not like the watch (uninspiring case and hands). You may want to look at Grand Seiko; the polishing is "el suprimo."
I do want to thank you for introducing me to the handkerchief device that you used in this video. I never really bothered with them because of how difficult they can be to keep the perfect shape in your pocket. I will have to give it another try.
Shipmate The case on the 11.59 is fantastic. The dials on some of them are rather lackluster though.
Grand Seikos are technologically advanced and well polished, but often big, bulky and rather uninspiring.

I’m surprised you don’t go to Walmart and buy a trimmer for your hair. One less person you need to depend on and you can trim your own hair whenever. You do need two mirrors. A barber told me this 20 years ago. I’ve saved a bunch of money.

You got the Aventurine dial QP Perpetual Calendar! the AP CEO François Henri Benamiahs said would be a hit. The other white lacquer dial looked good. I would have prefered it with some Super Luminova on the indicies and hands, but it has a special bi-concave crystal and will be a classic. Don't know if you can show the pen yet? In the last video it was embargoed.

They seem to be the best match for Rolex watches and the most referenced company with collectors. I’d be really interested if you compared them to RubberB and why you chose RubberB over Everest?

Huge fan of both Mr Wonderfull and AP. But I have to admit that I agree the the majority of the enthusiast community on this new offering...not a fan. I’m sure the movement is top notch, and the strap is fantastic...but the dial, hands, case and lugs (especially the lugs) were a big miss for me.

I have no idea why the watch hasn’t picked up, I believe it’s because videos / photos don’t do it justice. You gotta see that watch in person, unfortunately for AP. It’s also sad for the collectors community as they’re missing out on an outstanding watch. :(
