In today's video you'll see a couple of catches from the second half of June. It ain't much but it's honest work is what would describe this best! The sea was very murky as you saw in the last video and than got a bit cleaner and towards the end of the month it got warmer making it murky again. The visibility was far from perfect but it was at least good enough so i had some time to react. The sea is finally in full summer mode and fish are more active so more videos comming soon!

It‘s very wholesome how you shot that mullet for your grandpa😊. My grandpa died in 2018 when I was about 9 or 10 and my mom still tells me storys about them going out fishing way back when she was still a child 🥹. Great vid as always. Dive safe 🤙🔱

Awesome video as always! Thank you for uploding frequently:) quick question, with a 95cm Gun and no reel, would you recommend to wrap the nylon 2 times around the trigger or is 1 time enough? I will be in Croatia in September and will try the same hunting technique as you 😉
It will be pain in the a$$ and it will tangle all the time so i'd avoid it...A basic reel is like 20€ and will get the job done! Good luck spearfishing in Croatia i'm sure you'll learn something useful from those videos! 😎
@@S.H.A.R.K.O.W thank you! I was actually thinking on connecting the gun to my diving buoy but I wonder if I have enough range with a single wrap. I am afraid that with a reel, I have a lot of tangle but you would recommend one, right?
Of course! Because if you shoot something big for example a leerfish it will pull your buoy all the way to the Italy even if its like 10kg so good luck finding that 😅
Nice video. Can you make a video with tips on hunting salpas? It seems you are really good at that. When I try to catch them they just spook lol
There is one already but with music 😅 Maybe i'll do one again because 70% of the time it's the only fish i see 🤣

Very nice! It's going to help you for sure! Mediterranean is the most difficult sea to spearfish! If you can catch fish here you can do it anywhere else in the world! 😎

Love your videos, as always... Do you use more weights when diving shallow waters? Also, do you use float?
Thanks man! Of course you need more in shallows 😎 I use 8kg for up to like 8-10m sneaking and 4kg for 10m+ for 3mm wetsuit but you'll need to find what suits you best because everyone has different body composition 😅 I also use buoy and the float at the same time you can see white line in the video! 😎
@@S.H.A.R.K.O.W I was on my first spearfishing trip last week.. manage to catch one fish... :D but i was having a bit of trouble staying down and aiming since i wasn't weighted properly.. :D
Whats the difference between buoy and float? I was using float, but it was really bothersome moving it all the time, and i see that you have it attached to you if not mistaken..
@dinomaskot90 I suggest you do a freediving course it's a life saver! 😎 Obviously you need more weight! The float i have is the good old baywatch plastic float that i can use to rest also 😅 The buoy basically is inflatable plastic ball with a flag on it 😎 I have them both connected together and then the float is attached to my belt
@@S.H.A.R.K.O.W I sure plan on doing that, as soon as i get the chance.. I learned how to dive before i learned how to swim.. :D but it would really help to dive with someone competent, so that i can explore my own boundaries.. :D
Thats exactly what happens on the course! 😎 When i was doing the course two guys blacked out and that was a great lesson for us all! Once you see that in real life your perspective changes towards the safer direction 😎

Hvala! 😎 Ronim od 0-30m sve zavisi ali ova šuljanja su uglaunom do 10m 😁 Puška iz decathlona 90cm sa dva laštika bi ti bila sasvim ok za početak možda čak i bolje zamoli nekog ko ju ima da probaš i vidiš 😎 Kod ovog sporta traje par godina da se navikneš na sve zato mnogi i odustaju 😅

Ovisi od materiala i težine i oblika puške i debeljine strijele 😅 Nije ti isto drvenjača ili aluminijum ili carbon 😎 Ako je puška lagana možda bi čak i bolje bilo stavit 2x14mm gume 😎 ako je drvena onda 2x16 može da prođe...

Onda je i strijela vjerovatno tenka 😅 Ako češ stavit 2x16 na to krivit če ti strijelu za popizdit i nečeš pogodit ništa 😎 Odnesi je u dučan gdje imaju opremu za PR i pitaj prodavača šta on misli to če ti bit najbolje jer ako sam eksperimentiraš može ponekad koštat previše vremena i novca
