    @conor harris at 6:30 you mention bone changing, could you elaborate on that? Are you saying the connective tissue around the process is shifting or does this excercise change the actual shape of the femur itself?

    If i stand in a half-splits position and shift my weight onto the left hip i can feel my right adductor get very flexed and stretched, however if i shift my weight onto the right hip i dont feel my left adductor at all and i can feel everything in my slightly painful left hip, does anyone know what's going on with that?

    Any good mobility for disc degeneration. I’m getting very flexible but I’ve noticed some stretches will leave me flared up the next day.

      @@shamaniccolonic777 thank you. Will take a look. Sitting Indian style with forehead to ground hold for 2 minutes for 3-4 sets has helped drastically!!

Combine this stillness with slow deep breathing, extended conscious exhales and you will find yourself falling into a state beyond relaxation where your whole body tingles. Benefits every area of your life and then some 🙏

      You're also in anterior tilt. You just don't know it yet.

      @Rager925 Yes Swayback can be a result of too much Anterior pelvic tilt. You will get the impression it is posterior pelvic tilt but it's not. It's just the body's way of compensating for a very severe anterior pelvic tilt.

    Trevor needs to work on his forward head a bit. He pushed his ribs back so much his head came a bit too forward.
