For the question at 13:00 mark...as a swiss driver i can anwser that: body chassis height is very important if roads are not cleaned from snow. Many times my car's "belly" ( undercarriage) gets stuck in 20 or 30 cm of snow.😊
Great review. Best in its class i reckon. and a handsome beast to boot as far as SUVs go ( Looks are subjective i know ). Easier to get in and out of than your average estate. Elevated seating position. Monster engine without going supercar territory. Ticks all the boxes for a sporty SUV to me !!!!!!

No. German govt realised their German car makers are not competitive for the EV tech so they thought their industry would collapse by Tesla and Chinese brands if the Govt promotes the EV.
It is stupid to deploy a Diesel engine in ‘S’ series. They couldn’t use a petrol version because then the petrol ones cannibalise the profitable Macan sales.
One ugly brick of a car. Way too big for UK roads. The driver looks tiny up there, like a captain on the bridge of a tanker. Only the new BMW is uglier....it is really ugly.
@@rivervalegroup About half a tonne less weight. Lose the monster grill. Drop the height and profile so it is less like a battleship. Something like that.

Diesels still popular in Germany. The Government have just slammed the brakes on EVs because of chaging infrastructure and milage.

Most countries won't get, or don't want the SQ5 in diesel format. Audi dumping their last outgoing diesel engines in the UK
Got them in Australia. I have the 2022 TDI SQ5.
