Put new taxi station at airport itself so they will be efficient and can pick people quickly.. Also add an airport bus route connecting airport and two stations of downtown so it become more Efficient and quick and people can change from there wherever they want to go. Also instead of industries you should zone for offices and commercial and hotels on airport island as that is more realistic as most airport around the world have AEROCITY which comprises of hotels offices restaurants and shopping
32:18 You added a pillar in the roundabout when you plopped the subway track. These elevated stations look better when you use larger roads since they add crosswalks, and the median expands to accommodate the station. And you won't get weird kinks in the elevated tracks to make up for the off-center placement of the station. It just sucks, though, that this game doesn't have underground subway stations with multiple platforms since this system really needs it. Using the elevated one would bulldoze quite a number of the skyscrapers in the city.
Suggestions: Add a taxi station and bus station at the airport. Put direct bus routes from the airport to your downtown bus stations. You also need to do direct bus routes to each bus station, you have stands in your bus stations not being used. Also allocate all your cargo planes in your airport, to increase your import export. Loving your content and looking forward to seeing OilTown grow! 😁
Instead of an industrial zone on the airport island, you should focus on hotels, commercial zoning and parks to boost tourism. You could also increase the island size by land reclamation.
I'ld like to see an outside train connection to the airport. Also around the airport would be some hotels handy i think? At least them them tourists shop. :)
@Seniac is why not build a train station on the island with the cruise ship so people can come into the island that was as well and you don’t have to worry about taxi or cars
If you had used a 4 or 6 lane road with a median that subway station would be above the road, that is kinda what that small elevated sybway station is. But it doean't work as well with 4 and 6 lane roads without the median.
I think you could cram the subway station into the area of the railway station on the airport and it would at least appear that the trains were going there.
I suspect both train and subway uses a different rail set the only closest a player could do was having a train station with a subway interchange(oddly option as interface? In game)
If you put a big taxi stop (like the big bus stops in the city) at the port on the artifical island you made, where several taxi can stops at the same time, maybe it would solve the issue with the line of taxis ? Because currently, only 1 taxi at a time can drop passengers, but with this new stop, a lof more passengers could take the ferry right ?
Japan built their new airport exactly like that. There was no island, they made a new artificial island, just a giant rectangle of land and build the airport. It looks completely artificial and that is ok.
The amount of times I said in my head common sense says add a taxi and bus station at the airport along with a subway station to deal with the people while he's saying where the taxis at 😂

Seniac, the guy who sets up an airport and just give it 110V / 230V instead of an own transformer :) :)

First
Also add a free bus shuttle from the subway station to the airport
Seniac should still use the airport station, I think its more efficient
You can maybe take the tracks from the airport and make a small circle of it back to that airport train station so the symbol dissapears😂

This is my favorite series of videos right now, I wish I can get an Oil Town video every single day
Yeah, like they said, you can put the small elevated station in the middle of the road, but it works best on roads with medians.

When you do a tram track, or train, or a road without an ending, the symbol pops up.
To avoid, you need to build a loop. Thats it.

make an underground path system for even easier access to the airport terminal
The International Airport looks like a scrunched up Enterprise from the Kirk era.

I think a quay wall would look good on the airport island. It looks man made overall so quay wall would just finish it off nicely.
Would be great to upgrade the bridge to the airport to one of the more beautiful ones ! Like the hanging bridge or the others !
Elevated subway line should be directly over the road. And using normal double tracks can connect to subway tracks. Atleast it works for me
18:19 "free free"
Ah yes, nothing like a big sac at the front of the airport lol

We need more oil 🛢!
I suspect both train and subway uses a different rail set the only closest a player could do was having a train station with a subway interchange(oddly option as interface? In game)
one has third rail, the other doesnt

Seniac, can you please show us the city at night ?? I am sure it will look amazing
thank you
anarchy breaks roads seniac

Start doing offshore oilrig. Its time to ramp up the production
Build. The. Train!!!!!1!1!11
No but an East-West train from the airport to downtown and the future posh area would be cool
wish i could play this game, unfortunately not available on mac. citie skylines 1 it is ;)
im playing through seniac hahaha
That was indeed not a 747 but an Antonov 124
Check there is also bus stop on the right of the airport.
I would utilise the train line, put one in too your city from the airport
We need a new episode 😭😭😭😭
using a single two way track will get rid of that icon
Can you test if you reclaim land does it add oil on it?
OIL ME UP 🤪 new episode OIL TOWN 🎉
Seniac, Could you make a train line from the airport to the oil area? Gotta keep putting money into the oil companies, it's in the name after all.

23:15 bro this guy is blind
why put industry on airport island and not commercial? or residential
The cargo plane is an antonov 225
It was an Antonov 124, you can tell from the number of engines and the size 😊
