  • Prepare to see the most deserted Terminal D of Sheremetyevo in a while. Unless, of course, you yourself have not taken off on an international flight over the past year. Closed cafes, empty corridors and shops, lonely passengers on several flights per hour enjoying this emptiness.
The inter-terminal passage was closed as expected. From Terminal D, one cannot get to the legendary Terminal F through Terminal E since the escalators and the lights are off, and only a lone security officer with a flashlight periodically checks to see if someone slipped through.
We managed to find people only in the Moscow Business Lounge. It turned out to be the only open lounge in the entire terminal. Passengers awaiting flights to Cairo and Istanbul filled it to capacity.
We flew in a brand new А321 with tail number VP-BKJ. Three and a half hours of the first international flight this year for @ivanvolodin1 passed quickly. A couple words about the catering - everything was at the highest possible level. They even served real metal cutleryl! It was not just a muesli bar and we are thankful.
About 30 minutes before the start of the descent, the crew handed out a form that had to be filled out and handed over to the border police at the airport. This document was taken at passport control, but the PCR test was not looked at. The only person who checked the certificate was the check in agent at Sheremetyevo.
    So, enjoy the Trip Report!
