Love this, my father was an Eng., he and I went into business after he retired, designing/building aircraft and race cars. I lost him 2 years ago and this brings back so may good memories of working with my dad. Car looks great, some awesome solutions and great design choices. subbed and looking fwd to a lot more . Merry Xmas.
A great compilation of clips. I'd almost forgotten about the tube bending gizmo for the frame tubing. I still love the clips of the lathework. Well done to all three of you.
Cool project! One thing that I don’t have the solution for but that I think is a problem on a lot of cars where you put kind of a roll-cage chassis structure in it is that you risk banging your head against them in the event of even running over something very rough or a small accident thus necessitating always wearing a helmet. For pure racing round tubes is obviously the way to go but for road cars with glass-fiber outer skin I wonder if it would be possible to do a much more flat structure with a big flat surface facing the interior that you then can pad with some hidden foam? I would make a template in cardboard that follows the chassis as close as possible making use of every void the area above the door and into the a-pillar.
i love this re-cap so much i have watched it again . i watched all episodes as you made them but i forgot the progress and i love it well done and happy holidays 🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟
Great recap! Reminded me that my favourite things so far have been all the work getting the perfect suspension geometry, and the gearshift mechanism. Merry Christmas! 🦟
Amazing work by you and your Dad. Will you finish in 2025? Wish my Gtm hadn't turned from dream to scrap, 2 years after buying one with an mot and driving it 50miles only to find everything wrong with it and now it has rust issues along with everything else.
man i could watch this 10 times over and still be as amazed as the first time ! you guys have done some impressive progression with the moskito, well done. 🦟🦟🦟🦟
It's only jan 1st and I already kind of know that this is the coolest thing I'll find on TH-cam this year. What an incredible build, congratulations.
Bloody phenomenol project guys. Keep going.....and please dont turn out like Project Binky......still not finished after 8 years 😞
has it really been 8 years? i might have lost count
What you’ve done with your dad is a beautiful thing, and what you’ve built is really nice as well.
Just how much detail has gone into the Mosquito so far is amazing. I can't wait to see the next chapter. Merry Christmas!
Glad that I found your channel. Watching from sunny Hermanus South Africa.
That was once in a lifetime opportunity to bond and rivet a new aluminum chassis. But it's an awesome car, great job!
More than Perfect !! Super!!!
Codename: Gussett. Love the brickwork setting.. Right then.
p.s. beware the bucket seat sciatic stretch. Seat time will lead to back pain.

Wow, that was an excellent recap. You should both be very proud of what you have achieved to date. Outstanding.
Merry Christmas to you 👍🎅
Just brilliant

The tubes above the doors will be padded and hidden in the headliner
