I am 81 years old. I have a bakers cycst behind my right knee. Have had it for over 20 years. 😊😊it does not bother me. Prayers and take care. Love you
Oh wow! Thanks for sharing 💞 I have one of those in my thumb on my right hand, which is annoying, but it doesn't hurt. The one on my leg/thigh, by my knee, hurts. Thanks for your prayers. I'm trying to rest and take it easy, but it is super hard with a teenage daughter who wants to go go go. Love you too 💞😊
It seems like the older I get the more my check engine light comes on. In the last 5 years I've had eight surgeries. The only joints that haven't been replaced is the shoulders and one elbow... Yes I've had an elbow replaced and I've had two tendon transfers in my right hand. Because of my autoimmune disease I had to have full mouth extractions and then yesterday I went to the doctor because I found a swollen lump in my abdomen area. My mom died of ovarian cancer so I had to get that checked out and it turns out I now have a hernia. So I'm going to have to have hernia surgery. Life brings me surprises almost every day lol. But at least I'm still breathing and I have a pulse in my leg that's good... Right?
My check engine light comes on and goes off way too often for me 🤣 I keep thinking I'm too young to feel this old. Then I remind myself I'm almost 60.🎉🎂🎉 Yes, it's a good thing you are still breathing and have a pulse. I'm not sure about it in your leg. Does that mean great circulation? Take care my friend 💞😊
Hematoma that large can feel firm and hard at the center. Welcome to medical care it seems to have diminished so bad. Nurses used to read your discharge instructions to you before you leave.

When they took you blood did they check for your D-Dimer levels before sending you to get and ultrasound to see if it's a blood clot? They also would know its a cyst in the ultrasound by how it looks. Each type of tissue and everything things are filled with look different. You may have not been told right away because the Dr may not have seen anything life threatening but they still had to have a specialist read the ultrasound. Sometimes that can take a couple days depending on the hospital and they are the only ones that can verify certain things.
I'm not sure about all the labs but the inbsts cars doctor must have done that test because she called me and said there were no blood clots and everything in the labs looked good

Severe migraine and thY gave me 2shots ND sent me home dropped up in cab ND thY didn't care that I wS TBI ND stroke brain bleed patient no MRI no thing but shots wen I'm ND told go see ur Dr and Dr just gave me more meds Dr don't seem to care Ny more please please getb refurL to cancer Dr my friend had the same thing. ND it was wAs bone Be muscle cancer just please know u matter I care you have to Advocate for you I'm praying for you and your family

Oh no! I hope not. At least not for a while I have worked so hard to get over 200 pounds of. I really am hoping and praying I can have skin removal surgery by my birthday 🎂 this year. Praying my insurance will cover the whole cost of the surgery 🙏

Hi Candy. I’m sorry you’re having so many problems. That was one heck of a bruise, but it definitely looks like it’s fading. It takes a while. I’m wondering if the cyst that they are talking about is a bakers cyst behind your knee. I have one, and they don’t do anything about it. It’s just a fluid filled sac behind your knee. They claimed that it is caused by joint problems/arthritis which I know you have bad knees. It would have shown up on an x-ray. I think they usually recommend stretching and icing it, but you can live with it without causing any additional problems. I don’t know why you got such a huge bruise, but honestly, I get them constantly. I do take a blood thinner, and if you take aspirin that can also cause you to bruise easily. Anyway, you definitely should take it easy sometimes and I think you do prop your legs up. Maybe you could have bumped it turning over in bed during the night. As you get older, I think you start bruising easier. At least I do! Ha ha ask the doctor about the bakers cyst and see if that’s what they were talking about. Or you can Google it.take care, and I hope you’re feeling better soon

@@CandanceBrewer good! I looked up Baker’s cysts a little while ago, and it said that walking a lot or exercising can put more pressure on the cyst on the back of your knee. If that’s what it is, it would be right behind where your knee bends. It said that if it’s gets really bad, I guess you might need some kind of treatment, but it doesn’t sound like it’s something cancerous or life ending. It would still be nice to know where that bruise came from so take the medical advice, and mine too. Lol, rest up, put your feet up and let Mitch and Codee wait on you for a while!🥰❤️

I was up at the emergency room Wednesday, they thought I was having a heart attack because I was having all of the symptoms. It was not my heart, it was TMJ? That was causing my jaw pain.
Yep both hips are like that, it definitely gets worse the more you fall! Please do not fall 😢
I'm working on it. I'm thinking of starting to go to the pool at Vasa in Clinton, to just walk and try to build muscle strength and balance. Our my choice cards give us free membership, so it doesn't cost us anything. Maybe you could try that. I'm not sure if there is a pool at the one on 12th Street or not, but you can go to any Vasa with your free membership.

Thank you. I had an appointment with my doctor for this past Monday, but he was sick and called in to work. So they rescheduled my appointment. Now it's not until the 25th. I would like the whole cyst removed. It's extremely painful to walk
@@CandanceBrewer Dr will refer to a dermatologist make sure you say it's hard to walk in case they don't think it's serious

3 weeks ago my left leg behind the knee was itchy I felt an egg size lump there and I felt it a few times and then it burst I had a lot of pain in it I was driving at that time then immediately turned dark purple and just now it’s starting to lighten C up. Take care and don’t fear because fear comes from Satan.

I went to after hours or urgent care, whatever is called just at my doctors office. The doctor sent me to the Emergency Room with Orders to get the ultra sound ASAP. I would have never gone to the ER on my own for this. I'll let you know what my doctor says after I see him. 💞😊

You poor thing..I turned 76 yesterday, just had cataract surgery in both eyes..wow! You got bursitis in your hip. I have it in both..I get a cortizone shot..reason being is I have no discs in back due to fall.Getting old is no fun trust me...😮 you must of banged it,or something maybe without knowing...do you take blood thinners? At any rate it's scary.I can't sit still for to long most days ,but when it's 100 outside I sure can.Take care& put ice on it.🥰🦜🌴❤🦀
Thanks for the heads up on getting old. I know it's more rough for some. I'm grateful I'm not having more pain, but this issues with me leg the bruise and cyst is killing me. I'm praying it heals quickly 🙏 ❤️
