For some reason when you started vlogging while in the background the guy was pretending to paint I found that really funny ahahha. Didn't excpect that someone will ask you to do that. Whenever I see people paint in public I can't even allow myself to come close to them, I'm scared I will ruin their vibe or something
I know nothing about art, like I couldn't draw a line straight, but I find your videos so interesting and relaxing to watch, I have a much stronger appreciation for what it takes to make a painting now!

did you know that Pissaro did several paintings from that exact location..i believe in the 1890's i did a copy of one of his paintings of this spot just about a month ago - i was glad to see the spot because i had never actually seen the real place only the painting

In my early years we were always presented with a "French "Character" as a painter wearing a French beret and red striped shirt with a neckerchief. Of course this was a generalisation much like the English being tea drinkers and the Irish being small leprechauns or the Germans being sausage and beer drinking , but it was natural for these couple tourists to stop and get in the picture especially coming across what they probably thought was a quintessential French character painting on the Riviera. The only thing missing was the bottle of wine and a baguette.

We need to get you on a Onewheel Pint (to get you around when you don't want to walk as far) though it's probably nice to see the sites from a nice slow pace walking around.. I LOVE Paris (proposed to my wife there). It's amazing to find those amazing spots of quiet among the hustle and bustle . Have you made it Place du Tertre yet?
Very nice! I went to a flea market in Paris and noticed that even the "amateur art" was on a different scale than anything you would see here in the US. A testament to the importance French culture places on art and appreciation of art.

I'm the same, I rarely talk to painters when I come across them painting in public. I actually enjoy talking to people when I'm out painting.
