i think its because when you upload a level, you only have one person to try to upload check, so its hard to have a level that one person can beat but is made for four people,
or something like that
@@SekanderThe True, but the uploader should put a minimum amount of players required, and then beat the level by using that number of players (either by multiple controllers, or switching player). If it's a level requiring 2-4 players simultaneously, then that person simply need other good players to show that the level is beatable.

The first two are difficult and long, but that’s what makes them fun. This is my second level and it was made to be a difficult one. There are three platforming trials to pass through before the final boss fight, but I've included a checkpoint in the hub world so you can choose when you want to "save" for when you die.

You board a ship. You find that Bowser has made this ship exclusively for everyone’s favorite enemy, the Shoe Goomba. The ship is overloaded with Goombas and features many challenges that can only be overcome by wearing a shoe or stiletto.

My level Power Castle brings back some of the gimmicks I liked to use in Mario Maker 1 (like shell riding), the concept is completing a challenge to get a powerup necessary to progress or to make your life easier. It's not too hard and quite forgiving if you fail. I hope some of you give it a try!

Honestly they should make it so level creators can choose if it works in multiplayer or not so the matchmaking doesn't just throw you into "Kaizo Super Mega Challenge" which doesn't function after a single person runs through
