You have received some useful supplies there. The online supermarket ordering system could really do with being changed. When you do a shop online sometimes 3 weeks in advance and you can’t order something because it’s out of stock today is silly. You should be able to order what you want and if they don’t have it on the day use their substitution policy. It seems silly that you can’t order a basic such as bread and milk which they receive everyday just because when your places the order the store was out.
I think they don't do it that way is because they have to authorize your payment source. If they let you add everything that you want regardless of stock availability they would have to authorize a higher amount. My frustration is simple not being able to goto the shop myself especially when I see something in stock one day and then not the next. John K @ Raw Ability Life
Oh I agree its frustrating. We get lucky most of the time and get what we order. Every now and then there is issues that are annoying. John K @ Raw Ability Life
I’m glad that you have been able to access support and are coping. It did concern me that you have had to borrow money for supplies; perhaps Ria and I could gift you an online shop? Do drop me an email. We’d be delighted to gift you some essentials and a few luxuries.
