Mine is all the time too

They are telling me I need 1 carer for 13 hours a week but the council has said I have to pay £130.45 per week or £521.60 per month , I had to stop the carers as I just can’t pay that, I’m not sure if you would be able to help me fight them as they had me in tears, I even contemplated ending my life

How often do you use your nebulizer and what kind of nebulizer are you using? I have asthma too. Usually when I am OK and not having flu or cold then I can get by just fine by a asthma puff but when I'm having bad colds or flu then I have like you. Hard to breath. Coughing badly. I have alot of slime and mucus thar is stuck in my lungs and it is difficult to remove it. I also use a nebulizer. But a smaller one and I use ventolin and salbutamol. Having asthma in general especially when I get so sick sometimes it breaks my heart and always makes me cry because it is so difficult and hard. I don't feel like I'm human because of how difficult it is sometimes and I cough so much I feel like I'm choking and can't get enough air. I have had asthma since childhood and I'm now an adult. I am also obese.

Hello Madam. I advise you to find the diet that works for your genetic, most probably a low histamine diet in case of severe asthma. Doing an Alcat test can also be a good idea. God bless you!

Hi John. Sorry to rain on your parade, but you shouldn't be flying your drone at Fen Drayton Lakes. You need to have permission from a land owner to fly a drone on their land and also, Fen Drayton Lakes is a nature reserve and drone's are not permitted under any circumstances due to the disturbance they cause to wildlife and to other visitors. Asthma story

Hi

This is the usual but very one-sided view of asthma ignoring pressure points (google for "asthma pressure points"). My chronic asthma was cured by habitually pressing my lips together to relax lung airways by an automatic reflex and also training belly breathing. In time my airways recovered and remodeling corrected.

Do you have a wheelchair accesable hallway? When we went with a Disabled family member, it was a struggle with the hoist to put her in her bed from the living room. Next time we will make sure to get a gold apartment. Also do you have a fav redcoat in Butlins Bognor? Mine is Redcoat Mikayla!
