Yep! I think the wiki said that thats the only one you can just find and- I just checked- it dosent respawn. So you still need to battle the guy for the other 8 of them. =)

I wasn't aware that the ribbon and the star sweets weren't available. Thank you, you saved me at least 20 hours of my life! Getting all the sweets wasn't difficult but sure it was painful. By the time I got the last sweet I had enough of the other variants to make a second AlcremieDex.
Just to be clear, the shiny Alcremie's color isn't effected by the spin. The only thing that effects her looks is the sweet you give it, so you just need the five Shiny Milcery and the five available sweets if going just for those. A lot faster in theory but odds are odds.
I'm already working on Alcremie, didn't know that the raid trick could also work for the daily event. I'm still gonna wait for the ribbon and star sweet before evolving every Milcery I put on the side in the box for this purpose. About the shiny from I have now about 4 Milcery shiny and just planning on having 8, since the flavour doesn't actually change wheter you do it in a different part of the day or spin, so I'm just doing for each sweet and then an extra 8th Milcery shiny for the livingdex.
Hey, you might have found this out already but... You can finish a rank battle and then after you don’t need to do the den trick, you can simply just go ahead a day anywhere in the game. This means you can try a battle caffe and right in front of the guy, go ahead a day and try again. Since by now your comment was posted 8 hours ago for me, maybe you found this out already.

Hey Johnstone, thanks for this video! After only a few short days, I have acquired 10 of every Sweet. Here's some important things I've found: There are at least 3 ways to change the date safely: 1) The Raid Den trick 2) The new Ranked Battle trick, where you play a match (win or lose) and back out. You can then change the date anywhere, even standing inside the Battle Cafe. 3) I have found you can ALSO open Mystery Gift and attempt to enter a code, then back out. You can then change the date inside the Battle Cafe just like method 2. In my playthrough, certain items were given much more often at certain cafes. 1) Strawberry and Berry were more common at Motostoke 2) Love and Berry were more common at Hammerlocke 3) Clover and Flower were more common at Wyndon To strengthen this theory, I noticed: I never got Strawberry outside of Motostoke I only got a Clover outside of Wyndon once, at Hammerlocke I never got a Flower outside of Wyndon Also worth noting, since you don't mention it here, shiny can only be one body color, but has one variant for each Sweet item. I.E. You'd need 5 shiny Milcery to get all currently available forms.
For anyone wanting an easier way to do this between now (Jan. 31st) and Feb. 6th, the Wild Area News event starting today is G-Max-capable (once evolved) Milcery, with a 30% chance from battling them of getting any of the sweets, including Ribbon and Star. As someone who's put a lot of time into making a all-forms living pokedex in Pokemon Bank, and thus will have to evolve all of these forms once I get Pokemon Shield, I quite appreciate you making this video. It will be a useful reference :)
There’s no way that you’d have a 100% chance of getting one of the items once you have all 8 accounts ready. I think you did the maths wrong there ? There’s always the chance all 8 accounts get the same garbage item. Am I wrong ?
I've seen people saying this doesn't work, you just get the same item over again so the item you get is probably determined once the ingame day resets.
There is actually a faster way to do this. If you go into ranked battle, find a battle, run from battle, and then advance the date. It gives the same effects as the invite others to raid den. The plus side that makes it faster is you don't have to run back and forth between den and battle cafes you could just battle, change date, and battle again with little to know time lose

Also, if you have a _Let’s Go Pikachu_ save on your Switch, you can get a Gmax Pikachu, which had 6 perfect IVs and is in the Fairy Egg Group. If it’s male, you can use in for Milcery breeding.
I knocked all 63 out in an afternoon. I was lucky because I did a LOT of Milcery raids back when they had the Milcery with G-max trait available so I had all the sweets and didn't have to grind the Café at all. The stars and ribbons sweets were also dropping from those raid rewards so I'm all done with Alcremie now! (not even gonna try for a shiny, not for now at least lol)

You see, I was going for every Alcremie form, until... ... ... ... ... I hatched a shiny Milcery. Then I gave all my Alcremie forms away on surprise trade knowing I’d never use them in battle since Chocolate Icecream Alcremie is best.
Couldn't you just save before fighting the dude and keep resetting if you don't get a sweet/the specific sweet you want? And then I guess if you're grinding for it do the Wild Area trick when you've gotten a sweet from each location
If you do a ranked battle and won or lose you can reset the clock without having to go into raids and can do it an unlimited amount of times. Certain actions like Surprise trade or turning off your game will reset this and you'll have to do another ranked battle. This also allows you to do the lotto and Stow-on-side merchants as well. This would likely get patched soon too.
I feel like if you want all of them you have to get all the shinies because they’re all a certain color (black and white) and the eyes and bows depending on which sweet you use so it’s technically a different version so I think you should have the shinies to

Pretty sure they are pronounced "Al Creamy" and "Milk A Reee", and the shiny form is always black with white highlights, the only difference for shiny is the headpiece (so theres 7, but only 5 available now)

The chance of getting at least 1 sweet item with 24 battle cafes is 1-(1-5/21)^24 which comes to 99.8...% so you can just round it to 100.

You can also use the date reset to reroll the Roto Lotto which can give you a Masterball.
Isn't it possible to just save load in the cafe until you get the sweet you want? It sounds more reasonable than just changing the clock.
The reward is determined at the start of the day. You *can* reload your save and battle again, but you’ll get the same reward.

I didn't realize the ribbon sweet was unobtainable until recently. I legit paused progressing through the game because I wanted to evolve my shiny milcery with a ribbon sweet before challenging the next gym DX So many cafe battles... so many crushed hopes....
Would love to see a Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver Catch 'em all challenge or w/e this challenge is called where you gonna catch all available pokemon in these games :D

No, if you breed with a shiny the chances dont go up.
