    great vidéo !!
is it difficult to ride ? espacially when climbing mountains ?Is the effort on the arms very important at this moment or can we climb relaxed? in fact I'm currently riding a bacchetta CA 3.O
It's a great bike for flats and descents but although it's carbon and weighs 9.5 kg it doesn't fly away when it comes to climbing. However, I live in the south of France and my route has very few flat courses; I am still hesitant to change it because some have told me that it is very difficult to master this bike in particular at high speed and on hills. It seems that driving is close to the sensation of ice skating. very difficult also to climb because the bike swings from one side to the other and there can be loss of grip of the front wheel and you have to be almost seated if the slope is steep... what do you think? ?another important question do you know people who have never managed to master this bike?

I ride roadbikes either vintage or modern high performance bikes, but due to changing conditions I’m considering a Cruzbike. It’s a somewhat daunting choice ( being I’ll have to order it before I can ride one), I’m considering the v20c due to my “need for speed” and building it with a Campy Ekar groupset (other bikes are all Campy)
I look forward to your upcoming videos!

Where do you live? My first suggestion would be to try to visit the Cruzeum in Hilton Head. There you can try them all and make an informed decision. (That's what I did - of course I then ended up buying both an S40 and a used V20). If that is not possible, contact Cruzbike and/or go on Cruzbike group on Facebook - both are very good about hooking you up with someone local to let you try. I would also be glad to give you advice based on my years of recumbent riding and my recent experiences with the new Cruzbikes - I am behind in my videos as I have not decided how to do the next ones yet.

@@RowRideRun thanks for the advice, I’m just on the north end of Dallas in Richardson.

@@shoff535 That makes it easy as I live in Hurst. I have set up a temporary email (ala_endgame.0f@icloud.com) rather than permanently post mine here. Feel free to contact me and we can arrange to meet with my two bikes.

..I think I saw that you can return the bike if you just don’t get on with it.

@@markthomasson5077If you buy a “complete” S40, there is a 100 mile trial program. I bought a frameset and did a custom build so that program doesn’t apply (and doesn’t apply to any V20) but not planning to return this bike - too much fun!

Congrats on your two Cruzbikes and great transition to riding them. Did have a question for you, noticed you had a mount for your Varia that was on the back of the race case. Is that a standard mount of did you fabricate it? If standard, can you tell me the model / where you got it? I’ve fabricated one and it’s OK, but yours looks very clean / nice. Again, congrats!

I bought it. KOM Cycling Radar Mount for Rear... www.amazon.com/dp/B0CW1YPX1H?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share. A little pricey for a piece of plastic but did exactly what I wanted.

Oh, and you will have to remove the two little screws and rotate mount 90° when it arrives.

Have you always ridden a recumbent? Or did you transition from a road bike?

I have ridden recumbents for about 20 years after getting tired of imitating an artillery shell being shot over my handlebars. I may cover my bikes in an upcoming video, but I started on a LWB and then spent years with a Lightning P-38 Voyager as my main ride and now am trying Cruzbikes.
