Good idea to combine these as they are both pretty short. Other than Million Miles and the AGT performances, these are some of the most recent things Angelina has published. The way she sings Moon River is just beautiful. She is so good at getting the perfect sound to really fit any song she sings, and turn it into it's own little world. "Moon River" is one of the examples of how she takes the challenging route with a song for the sake of the art, and creates something unique and beautiful in the process.
She is growing up. The Moon River immediately brings up Audrey Hepburn in the window to all of us old enough to have seen the movie - 3 times in my case.
Her voice is developing into something I really enjoy. I was not a fan before. To me, her voice sounded nasal or breathy. Check it out and see if you agree. In Welcome to my world, the song is not a big problem for her abilities, she is so fantastic with her wonderful low tone and slow melody, so close to the interpretation of Elvis ... but still in that particular her confidential version, and transforms the song into an act of love for the author.
