I have never something like that. Two participants at the same time, side by side. Also why the aka doesnt wear red belt?
They do this at the local small tournaments to help speed up the competition, otherwise we would be there all day if we did one at a time, again local small tournament are not very strict on the requirements for red/blue belts.
