🍊A Home Haul (thrifted & new)

Happy weekend,
This is the home goods haul I mentioned in the previous vlog's letter. I was hoping it would interest you, and it did for many! Here are some products I found thrifting in savers, also at the dollar store, IKEA, and The Container Store.
I hope it gave you some insight in how I like to organize my space (you can see I kind of have a kitchen obsession going on). Long story short- in our new place, we thought the kitchen was a lost cause. We toured the place, signed the lease, and basically said we accept that we are gonna have an ugly af kitchen for the next couple of years.
But it started when I decided to paint it BLACK when everything changed. going with my intuition paid off! (my sister agreed, while tyler was hesitant but trusted my decision). It is amazing, I love it, and thus it began my passion to decorate/renovate our kitchen... hehe. Can't wait to show you!!!
I love doing talking videos, as it normally soothes me and it's a fun change from the usual vlog routine. But this video in particular actually made me SO anxious, because it was the first one I filmed in the new place. I swear, in person, the rushing cars and people are so much more loud. you have no idea how many times I paused mid sentence at the sound of a car, took deep breaths to keep calm (lol), and repeated the things I said.
Kind of a curse to be a perfectionist sometimes! Cropped out the little anxious rant at the end of me hoping that it didn't ruin this video (upon reviewing the footage, it wasn't SO bad). I even filmed a separate audio clip with my phone incase the audio was just terrible. But it is actually not bad (at least to me), so I decided to save myself a couple hours and some brain cells and just used the original audio.
