It's not a unique problem ---- I remember an old LP from the 50s of Dvorak's New World Symphony which was described as No 5. This is an excellent series!
Barenboim supasses here any other conductor even Furtwängler. First with this erformance one can say that this symhony of Schubert is indeed descovered.
