I bought this machine ! I am sooo disappointed, it spoilt in less than 6 months and they don't have a warranty for this! Eti it's industrial. I sent it back to ramptoms office for repair , after 1 month it had spoilt again! It overheats then inaanza kunuka , too noisy! Ramptons is a let down!

I would suggest calling Ramtons and have them check it out.

What's the hole at the top, I always feel like it needs a cover coz it spreads dust all over, unless I'm using mine the wrong way

Hi, the hole at the top is the blower port, it blows out air, you can connect the hose there when you want to the blowing function. Personally I have never used it. I don't think you should cover it though as blowing out the air helps to cool the motor.
