Glad to hear. Are there any other specific subjects you're interested in seeing a video for?

@@JonathanOstrus Umm id like to know wich ships to buy for a specific type of job, so like freighting or combat… so like what ship to get if you want to specialize in something

@@octaneindiahotel2453 I made a conscious decision not to advise on a particular choice in this video. Because ultimately as your first starting ship, most people don't want to throw lots of money at it and everything in the price range of the ships covered in this video are pretty much the same. For combat the small differences in DPS between them is negligible if you consider the likely skill of a new pilot. Though many others will advise the Titan of the 4 in this video to be the best suited for combat. Which conveniently also has the largest cargo capacity of the 4 in this video.
I didn't even mention freight hauling as a potential starting gameplay loop because the current state of cargo trading is abysmal and has almost no profit at all until you have ships that can carry 100's of times more cargo than any starter ship can. This *might* change in the next round of patches with the cargo changes coming, and specifically with the anticipated cargo missions. But as they're not in the game and the devs haven't said when those particular things will be coming I didn't feel it appropriate to put in the video at this time.
All that said, I'll probably get to something like an advanced ship upgrade buying guide soon-ish. I already have a video explaining the idea of upgrades via CCU in the playlist if you're looking to spend real $. I'll be redoing that tonight I think to fix the audio. Otherwise, I already have a few videos planned before I could work on an advanced buyers guide or something like that.
When starting out I usually suggest people try multiple play styles to find which one they like before trying to specialize in one. Then for specialized ships you start looking at the much pricier pledges, or you'd go to purchase in game which still needs you to make money using some starter ship like ones in this video. All of the ships that are generally considered starters are pretty universal and multi role. They don't really excel in any one thing. They can do most of the gameplay loops that are currently available. A lot of people will probably state that the Titan is the best for a Day 0 start. I tend to agree in some aspects. I don't personally like the flight control model of the Titan but it's a decent starter for sure. Of the 4 primarily mentioned in the video the Mustang Alpha is by far the one I dislike the most. And the C8X Pisces is my personal favorite of the 4.

@@JonathanOstrus Thank very much for the information, also, I’m not looking forward to spending more irl money than the 45$ for the aurora to get started, to buy new ships I think I’ll earn money in game, but first I want to try out the game in the next free fly event.
