    So stoked for you. I've started on Meepo V2 now a LaCroix Nazare which has got incredible power. Now yours has even more torque and speed, it's another level of WOW. Congrats and take care on that thing.

      I love this thing and have no plans of throwing it out ever.
      I may find a better board in the future and if I do this one is not going anywhere.

    Crazy to see a random person on the internet experience a Stooge board. Stoked for you dude 🙂
    Cant wait to see what you do with it!!

      Hope to be able to compete eventually. Still have to figure out how all the Castle settings apply to a rider vs the intended use of RC. I like the torque limit but feel it's also something that so long as its set hinders top speed. We will see much testing to be done to fine tune this beast! As of now Ive set this to 10. Just have no idea of what a default SRB setting is.

      @@NullBlox for Apple Valley this year I intend on racing at 100% power with no torque limiting and 70% braking. To give you an idea 👍🏽

      Dude, its sooOOooo much fun!
      Just stay smart and dont push yourself to hard.
      I never intended to hit 35mph.
      The progress I find comes naturally after maxing out and modding a boosted board.
      Its human nature to progress.
      1 stair, 2 stair, 3 stair, 10 stair...
      What happend to 4 stair..
      oh skipped it cause that 10 was calling me out.

    So far the best video on Stooge race board. Long but thorough. Would like to see a video of out of the box to get better info on the board. I have couple boards with NKP-3 link trucks with standard street set up but nothing like the real race board that you have on this video. The raceboard for sale online is not a complete board. I would like info such as type of ESC and battery type used and how it all hooked up.

      I can make a video on this but will have to leave out some of the settings as Im still new to what all the Castle Esc's offer in terms of tuning.
      The setup is simpler than vesc imo, but not sure how some of these settings apply to esk8 vs the actual intended use of the Castle Esc's.
      There is a Post somewhere on Esk8News about how "SRB approach" the setup but many customize it beyond stock.
      My main issue was buying to big of lipos to fit in the SRB chassis. 10,000mah packs should be slim enough where as the 12,000 I was
      trying would not cram into it.
      A Stormcore imo will have a hard time keeping up with the SRB. Max current readings on the is clipped at ~340 amps due to hardware limitations.
      This is 340A per side since its two single ESC's
      So you can already see how a 100D is a snail. XD

      @@NullBlox Online it said SRB V5 Rolling Chassis does NOT include radio, esc, batteries or bus work. You mentioned ESC and Batteries, what is mean radio and bus work. I'm assuming bus work mean batteries hook up. Thanks again for a great video.

      @@mta3562 Radio is your remote. GT2B is the standard for SRB setups but I use a puck.
      Although Im still not a fan of this remote for many reason. I think I hate all remotes currently. XD The BUS is the wiring harness I believe. Your Remote will need to be able
      to use dual receivers or you will need to split your receiver into both Esc's.
      Be sure to only use one 5V port if you have to split it. Main point in dual receivers
      is one side takes a shit the other side keeps on a rocking. :)

      @@NullBlox Thanks for the important info. I was not aware or have use two receivers in a board and yes it made sense if one dropped out while going fast. I have not use any trigger remote but seem like Stooge race team all used it.

    The trigger remote takes some getting used to.....what I do is use my middle finger as a brace to limit my trigger finger but you would have to get rid of the trigger guard.....

    • @NullBlox
      @NullBlox  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I was doing similar by wedging my finger into the guard.
      I had to switch to the puck, the trigger makes me feel unsafe.
      Not saying the trigger is unsafe but truly makes me feel this way.

      @@NullBlox I totally swear by the RC Trigger remote. It takes getting used too but its fool proof. Ive used the Hoyt and its the best out there over the POS Flypsky but the intended trigger is the Bomb. The Thumb triggers slip easily especially when your bobbing and weaving. I like the trigger cause the window of throttle is double that of the thumb wheels out there.

    We need safety gear for people going high speed.
    Like shoes that retract there grip, going at high speeds + seperation from board ( signal or magnetic. Physical connection would only result in improper footing as everyone is at different hight and weight.)

  • @Zachsnotboard
    @Zachsnotboard 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I see why they use a front strap, looks like the board is so low that you have no leverage

    • @NullBlox
      @NullBlox  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have the foot strap on now, but not sure I really like it. (I like bindings)
      The board can turn on a dime imo, I don't personally see a need for the strap aside from to help you hang on from the torque it can provide you.
