My idea for balancing scr would be making yos a counter that can be punished if failed instead of a weaker love train more like gravitational negation , delete arrow barrage and give him a frog punch like attack instead and for cw give it more windup so other stands can react to it like kc and make so the user gets sleeping as well so there is only stand combo and no extenders with spec , that way the scr cant just randomly throw cw and win a match
SCR + Hamon does the same thing, but Zoom punch does more damage (In addition to the stun) as well as your M1s, most of the time, you won't even need sunlight. Tips for countering: Gold Experience Requiem can RTZ for free I frames ANY time basically. Time Skips are nice for distancing. If you can somehow do it, block and hold it before and during CW. If you see them do a guard break, let go of it and you'll get back up quickly due to them trying to break your block. Time Erase dodges the conq. Finally, Conq can be cancelled with any amount of stun, including 6P's bullets, M1s, Vola Barrage, and knives.

Nah man SCR is too weak. It needs buffs like cw needs to be at least 1m long and the stand should passively damage people like in part 5 so it is canon.And your own shadow move should be on at all times to be jojo accurate
Little tip for pvp use pilot after hiding yourself for time stoppers so when they stop time unsummon your stand then they'll loose you or if you're too far you're immune
The only stand more broken is kcr, because it is literally impossible to die if you play right. Use epitaph and time erase to stall and get reality marble, pose in reality marble, repeat
cool thing about scr's counter is that if hit by a beatdown/cutscene attack, It will do the cutscene attack to the opponent except tusk act 4's. no clue if that was patched though
Pluck is kinda OP too. I had pluck with all abilities on lvl 16 (standless) and made maxed standuser run. I just spammed abilities and he couldnt do a move. Then he just spammed me with coin bombs to slow down. After this he wanted to attack me from back but i turned on him and ran away. I combine this with SCR cus when i stop spamming barrages i start spamming sword.
actually you can escape conquerors will if you are in the range of getting hit by it 1st step: get ta4 or ta3 2nd step: get a friend or someone who has scr 3rd step: use wormhole uppercut 4th step: make the friend or whoever has scr use conquerors will while you're inside the wormhole 5th step: congrats you dodged conquerors will ( im pretty sure you can use this with d4c too)
SCR can be easily nerfed by adding a barrage genre cooldown, meaning any attack that is a barrage will be on cooldown just as long as the one just used
I like how 90% of SCR players are toxic or gets mad if you say something like "oh shet,here we go again" or "one shot combo lets gooooo" thinking they are pros for learning the 1 shot
aut will make it incredibly weak and only do 20 damage per move with endlag on half of them, and using 2 moves in quick succession will brick the stand and make you unable to do anything

Imo six pistols prob has the best chance of killing scr because of its improved dash. But if the scr player knows something called pressing the f key, they die.
for some reason people think boxing is the best spec with it, but i think it should be hamon because when scr boxing does its combos, boxing and vamp users will survive so I'd use hamon especially sense that after sunlight yellow overdrive there aint no cooldown and you can just do barrage. And plus hamon does more damage.
and if the user is out of time stop range then pilot mode can BYPASS Timestop edit: oh and did i mention you can use pilot from far away so you can defeat npcs (except dio OVAHEAVEN)

The counter should be something like making your stand attack you for a small amount of time
When you time TE or RtZ correctly, you can escape conquerors will. It's just too hard to do tho
that’s why when I’m fighting a kc/kcr or ger I make sure their te and rtz are on cd before use it
