Not sure if anyone noticed, but the anime actually changed Pucci's death a little bit. In the manga, Pucci actually got up and lunged at Emporio one last time as he yelled his final words before being pummeled into the ground by Weather Report, and the anime also censored out the part where one of the punches causes Pucci's eye to burst clear out of its socket (whereas in the anime, he simply closes his eye from the pain). So yeah, his death was a little bit more brutal in the manga.
I think they actually showed his eye hole but it was brief and covered in blood. Also in the manga Pucci's face was torn off by one of Weather's punches. It almost looks like we only see the ear missing in the anime.
Honestly, Pucci's death made me laugh (among other things) so hard. Dude spend several minutes explaining to Emporio how he can't change his fate in the slightest and thus doomed to oppose him in the future again - and then straight up goes and tries to change the fate by killing Emporio before Cape Canaveral.
He's like "You don't know what you're doing Emporio! people need to know their Fate! I just want what's best for everyone!" - No you don't we didn't know our Fate and look at us, we still kicked your ass, you just need to git gud man, nobody wants your cheats "STFU YOU BRAT I WILL FUCKING STRANGLE YOU!!!!!!"
Unfortunately the anime cut out one line from the manga. In the Made in Heaven Universe, Pucchi can change fate, but he is the only one who can. This is also the reason why Emporio couldn't insert the Weather report discord on his own and why he tricked Pucchi into doing it for him

@@Help_In_Need Not quite. Basically in the new universe every one can see their fates but no matter how much they try, they can not change it. For example Emporio was destined to go to the ghost room but he tried not but got hit by a broom pushing him to it. The only one who can change fate is Pucci while MiH is active however he can not see the predetermined actions like the others. So Emporio used this to trick Pucci into doing it since Pucci couldn't see this faithfully happening.
Wamuu was the most honorable antagonist in Jojo He didn't have any intention of killing Joseph out of Kars's favor. He lived up to his honor edit: changed villain to antagonist. Wamuu had no ill will towards Joseph
Puccis death is so underrated. Having the Hamon+Jotaro theme really seals the moment for me.Pucci carried on everything dio was upon himself while emporio took on the Joestar mantle. Having both a moment of Jonathon and jotaro, the two joestars who’s entire life’s where ripped apart due to dio, alongside the hatred carried by weather all pounding his skull in through his brothers stand is so unbelievably satisfying.

Pucci's death was pretty bullshit to me. It felt like the only reason he was defeated in the end was because he was the bad guy so he had to lose in a dumb way, despite doing everything right up until that point. Just undeserved.

@@chillichan Weather reports theme doesn't fit for what's happening in the scene. It's way to relaxing at least jotaro's theme was triumphant. Plus its basically an ending between the Dio/Joestar feud, so I think the theme is fitting.

Diavolos defeat is probably the most horrifying thing to happen in the entire Jojo canon. Being subjected to an infinite loop where you will experience every possible way of dying… it transcends the definition of torture. Sure, being blown up from the inside out like Dio or having your skull pummelled into the earth like Pucci are bad, but Diavolo will experience all of that and more. Forever.
He ran away from his fate of dying that fate itself said screw him in particular and let him experience death as many times as he would try to avoid it
That's what he gets for the deaths he caused through Passione, all the deaths through chasing Giorno and Through using Chocolatta who he knew would go on a mass rampage

The sweet irony in Pucci's death, Dio's plans consistently foiled by his adopted brother and his descendants, only to be he himself be beaten to death by his own brother's stand. What a fucking phenomenal ending.
Pucci’s death is easily my favourite in the series nothing is more satisfying than a villain getting so close to his goal then have it all rendered as useless in one fell swoop

Diavolo probably died from a heart attack. He suspected that the girl that was coming towards him would be solely responsible for his 4th death. Hence why he was telling her to stay away in a frightened way. I theorise that he got too scared that he received a heart attack. Scientifically, it's rare for someone to receive a heart attack after being tremendously spooked.
that specific scene was shown later in the next episode, im pretty sure by that point diavolo already died an unspecified amount of times as that scene was just to show that it was still going as giorno, mista, and trish were talking
I’ve always assumed that he started running away after that scene got cut out, then something like running into a tree then the tree falling over killed him

pucci's death was animated BEAUTIFULLY and i really have no complaints, i just wish they played weather's theme for the majority of the fight, instead of reusing jolyne's theme once again for the god-knows-what time. it's not that i don't like her theme, but it was WEATHER's ability after all that brought pucci to his defeat.
I kind of don't agree, Emporio had Jolyne's theme play instead of Weather Report because Emporio took on the mantle of the Joestars specifically Jolyne in that part.
When Emporio was explaining the 100% oxygen, I think they should have played Jotaro's theme. When Emporio is giving Pucci the final beat down, they should have played Jolyne's theme.
For me the most satisfying villain defeated was from Joseph's battle against Kars with the intro music being played on the background setting his victory with hype. And lastly Pucci was the only one who wasn't defeated by a Joestar bloodline
I think it's so beautiful that Emporio was the one who finally defeated Pucci. Pucci was the one to carry on the will of Dio, so it's only fitting that someone else defeat him and carry on the will of the Joestars, both Jolyne and Jotaro

I feel like if he did die in the first one, it’d be a sufficient death. Iirc, Hamon used heat in a way (which vampires can’t stand), so if he didn’t cut off his head, it looks like he’d have died to the person he probably hates most, as well as relatively slowly with nothing to do but reflect upon his actions. As long as being burned by a heat worse than fire combined with fire itself.
The transition from Kira's death to the man stabbing Diavolo was so clever and funny to me XD, it seemed that Kira quickly reincarnated into a stabbin' gremlin.
Everyone talks about how Jotaro gave Emporio permission to use his theme, but no one talks about how Jolyne also gave him permission to use her theme. Nothing like carrying the legacy of both Jotaro and Jolyne to finally vanquish Pucci. I am shocked by this. Jolyne deserves just as much credit as Jotaro here, and Weather does as well thanks to his Stand. Jolyne’s theme plays right before Jotaro’s so it was both of them giving Emporio the Joestar spirit.

All Main Villain Defeats (except Wamuu) are ironic. Part 1: Dio, who think that he is superior to the humans was defeated by a human. Also he see unable to move the only person who really treat well in his childhood (Jonathan) dies. Part 2: Kars, get that he always desired with the power of the Red Stone of Aja. A Power to become the ultimate lifeform and any force in the Earth can defeat him. His defeat was a combination of luck (Jojo having the Red Stone to redirect the Hamon to the Earth) causing the volcano erupt and Joseph's mental trick giving time to the Earth to banish Kars to the stars. In that moment Kars's new power became a curse, unable to die. Wandering until the end of the time into the far space. Making the Prophecy of the Red Stone of Aja that will bring the rise and downfall of the Pillar Men a reality. Part 3: DIO, who always mocks about the human potential specially the Joestar family, making one of his goals erasing the live descendants of Jonathan. In the final battle we always mock Jotaro and brags about the power of The World, however he died when Jotaro demonstrate by its own power that he could surpass the Time Stop Limit of The World and give a last blow. Part 4: Yoshikage, he want a normal and common life in peace meanwhile he kills people to take hands. Using Killer Queen to erase any trace of his murders. He died by a simple car accident, a common form to die. Also he was tricked by the spirit of his first victim to be taken by mysterious hands and taken to a place wh he never will rest in peace. Part 5: Diavolo, he want erase any trace of his identity also he get the change his own destiny using Epitaph's premonition power and King Crimson's time erasing to delete any error that he make. He made a mistake by using his stand against the new power of Golden Experience Requiem to manipulate the causality and returning to zero, a mistake can't be erased by King Crimson. And when Giorno kill him, by the power of Golden Experience Requiem that action must turn to zero, causing that Diavolo suffer any possible death before turn to zero and the process start again, sending Diavolo to a infinite death loop. Part 6: Pucci, he want that everyone know and accept its predetermined destiny by the restart of the universe. However he forget that two similar universe have light fluctuations that change everything, no exist two perfect equal universes. In this case was Emporio's survival from the original universe and the fact that he gets Weather Report. When Pucci accelerate the time to kill Emporio only make that he gets the pure oxygen poisoning symptoms worst to him. He don't was killed by a Joestar, we dies by a common and inoffensive element manipulated by Weather Report who made it a real poison. Pucci want that everyone accept the fate that he made for them but he don't want accept that death that the force of Destiny made for him.
Part 7: Valentine believed that with the sacred corpse nothing could harm him and he could bring peace to America and a simple fingernail from a disabled person breaks through his love barrier and prevents him from traveling to other dimensions, so his plan for his country goes down the drain Part 8: Tooru believed that nothing would be able to touch him with his u-Wonder activated, but a non-existent bubble was able to pass through him and he was killed by the very fruit he tried to get for his species to become the dominant one and by a boy with a stone disease who passed his disease to him through equivalent exchange
There are more ironies to Kira demise. He desired to be unnoticed but his defeat came from him loudly announcing his name. And he died from an accident in which the driver did not notice him and backed the ambulance on his head.
My ratings about the scenes: 1. Pt 1 Dio's defeat was 7/10. A lil bit fine but it would have been way cooler if they added Jonathan staring at Dio while Dio was melting just like Jotaro started at Pt 3 DIO 2. Wamuu's defeat was 8/10. Quite different from the others, it had a sense of honor and the concept of living up to his code and brushing of immortality is just Wammu's personal trait that we like about him, that's why this one is unique 3. Kars's defeat was actually 10/10. It was carried by Kars's shock that a normal Hamon user beat a perfect life form like him, and to make things better? Sono chi no Sadame playing in the background was just too perfect. It was carried even further by Kars's assumption of returning back to Earth with jets of air but then the realization that he could never return back to Earth ,being stuck in space forever and brain stops working gives that a slight edge to make Kars's defeat 10/10. 4. Pt 3 DIO's defeat was 9/10. Similar to Kars but DIO didn't have to suffer as much as Kars did. DIO also believes he has a chance at victory and after trying to splash blood on Jotaro's face and tries to kick Jotaro, but that's where DIO's fate was sealed. Jotaro countering DIO's kick and making DIO's body explode is probably one of the best scenes ever . Also Jotaro just staring into DIO's soul which was being ripped apart is just perfectly executed so well. Hence, that being said, this is my second fav villain defeat scene in Jojo. 5. Kira's defeat was 10/10. The three things I really like about his defeat scene are: First, it wasn't even Josuke (MC) that defeated Kira. The dilemma that Josuke faced is that he can't kill Kira because of the people present there and DiU is all about peace. Things get even better when Jotaro and Koichi make the best combo with Act 3 Freeze and Star Platinum time stop and it doesn't even end there. Second, Kira's goal of living a quiet life and be unnoticed actually gets implemented in this scene when Ambulance-kun doesn't notice Kira and runs over Kira, killing him with a quick painless death. Three, Kira doesn't even realize that he was the one who got defeated and doesn't believe it until Reimi appears and explains the situation. Kira now tries to put an end to Reimi by causing her to turn back but the dog didn't want to stay away from its owner and made Kira the one to turn back instead. After realizing this, Kira still tries to struggle, commanding Killer Queen to make them explode but after his body was broken into pieces, he realizes he has no hope left for him and instead of "HOW?" or "WHY?", Kira asked the question "WHERE?" and instantly getting dragged was so well performed. Props to Kira's VA over here. 6. Diavolo's defeat was 15/10. Pretty unsettling for us all but this is the part of the meaning of Diavolo's name "Devil". Giorno is DIO's son and DIO means "God" which means Giorno is basically Jesus and part 5 is about Jesus fighting the Devil. If it was not for Bucciarati then the whole team would have been doomed. So after getting Requiem, Giorno, instead of killing The Boss, punishes him to suffer for eternity in a whole fricking death loop, which is even scarier considering the fact that a person does not know how they will die and this death loop could provide the most horrifying and brutal deaths for The Boss. Even scarier is the fact that Diavolo was begging an innocent, harmless girl to stay "the hell" away from him and wondering how many times he's going to die. I could not even imagine 0.1% of the pain Diavolo is suffering right now but the pain is never going to end because of GER's Return to Zero ability. This is by far, one of the most terrifying scenes I have ever watched in Jojo but I cannot feel pity for Diavolo either since his fate was sealed once Giorno gained his ability and ascended the throne of Passione. 7. Pucci's defeat was 10/10. This one is also a unique defeat as Pucci's cause of death was the very thing Fate gave him. The same Fate that aided him in achieving Heaven. The very Fate that brought Pucci to life, the very Fate that gave him his cause of death: Oxygen. Yes, Pucci died because of oxygen when Weather Report increased the pure oxygen level in this room. Once Emporio gave this command, Pucci's fate was sealed. This "oxygen content" rose up above the 40% content, blinding Pucci and paralyzing him waist down, rendering his infinite speed useless. This one is also one of my favorite ones because Pucci knew he was doomed and unlike Kira, he begged Emporio to spare his life and that he'll gladly give his life once Heaven is completed. But those words fell upon deaf ears and Emporio proceeded to talk about that Fate and beat the shit out of Pucci, killing him and erasing him from existence completely. 8. Valentine's defeat 14/10. Yeah I know this one isn't in the list but this is my personal favorite of all time. After realizing the power of Johnny's TA4 spin, the President tried to bribe Johnny with a Gyro from another universe but Johnny knew that wouldn't be the same "Gyro" that he participated in the Run with. So after explaining that Valentine needed the Saint's Corpse Parts for the sake of the Nation, Valentine again tried to bribe Johnny by giving him Cream Starter so that he can heal Lucy. Now Johnny half trusted the President but he could not trust him fully, so he decided to see if the President would betray him and tossed the President's pistol towards him to see if his suspicion is correct. It was correct and Valentine explained that his actions were "those of justice". This caused a gunfight which finally resulted in Valentine's death. This one is actually my favorite because Johnny wanted to trust Valentine so badly so it must have been hard for Johnny who suffered a lot already, making this scene a really sad one.
Pretty sure Jonathan and Joseph are the only JoJos to be called "JoJo" as a nickname. Maybe there are some times where others are called "JoJo," but primarily Jotaro, Josuke, Giorno, and Jolyne (I don't know about Johnny, Josuke, or Jodio) are called their full names.
@@dreader102 I think it’s because saying JoJo as a nickname would be pretty childish for Jotaro at that time, and for Josuke and the rest, their names are easy to say without the nickname as the nickname kind of lost its thing after Part 2. Josuke 4 was called JoJo by his bullies before he beat them up and then I don’t think they called him that again. I guess the nickname JoJo just died out.

I kind of liked Pucci’s original death in the manga. In the manga, there was no beatdown rush, instead; Weather Report (the stand) tore off half of Pucci’s face, then slammed his head so hard into the ground that his head literally *exploded.* That… That is incredibly gruesome, and is something that King Crimson does a lot, actually. Weather Report didn’t do a standard rush attack, it coldly and brutally killed Pucci.
Wasn’t Diavolo the only one with a terrible fate? Everyone else just died. Kira’s death doesn’t really count, as I’m pretty sure that’d be the same result as everyone else.
I feel like the only reason why that happened was because he knew pretty much everything about Dio, but he only saw him use the Space Ripper Eyes once before he wanted to go to America

Everyone who died got it easy, Diavolo's body is long dead but his soul is forever tortured. The ability literally will not allow his mind to be broken so he has to suffer eternal death of the soul.
I think what really pulled me into the series was wamuu, mf was just so…polite and respectful up until the very end, he was a villain I LIKED even if he killed a main part of the cast.

I **felt** Pucci being squashed in my bones (no pun intended.) those noises physically made me uncomfortable. The noise it made when Kira got sent to the underworld (idfk what happened) was amazing.
Yeah, at least until Jotaro's theme reaches it's climax would he great, but he did has his left face and eyeball crushed VERY slowly for around two minutes, and that blood curling scream tells us he did not have a quick death at all.
It was a lot more brutal in the manga. In the manga Weather report actually tore into his mouth and popped his eye right through the socket before pummeling him into the ground
I love how ironic pucci and kira’s deaths were Pucci taking weather report is why he lost, and kira remaining unnoticed is why the ambulance killed him.

Honestly, Pucci's death made me laugh (among other things) so hard. Dude spend several minutes explaining to Emporio how he can't change his fate in the slightest and thus doomed to oppose him in the future again - and then straight up goes and tries to change the fate by killing Emporio before Cape Canaveral.

"You don't know what you're doing Emporio! people need to know their Fate! I just want what's best for everyone!"

Unfortunately the anime cut out one line from the manga. In the Made in Heaven Universe, Pucchi can change fate, but he is the only one who can. This is also the reason why Emporio couldn't insert the Weather report discord on his own and why he tricked Pucchi into doing it for him

@@Help_In_Need Not quite. Basically in the new universe every one can see their fates but no matter how much they try, they can not change it. For example Emporio was destined to go to the ghost room but he tried not but got hit by a broom pushing him to it. The only one who can change fate is Pucci while MiH is active however he can not see the predetermined actions like the others. So Emporio used this to trick Pucci into doing it since Pucci couldn't see this faithfully happening.

Puccis death is so underrated. Having the Hamon+Jotaro theme really seals the moment for me.Pucci carried on everything dio was upon himself while emporio took on the Joestar mantle. Having both a moment of Jonathon and jotaro, the two joestars who’s entire life’s where ripped apart due to dio, alongside the hatred carried by weather all pounding his skull in through his brothers stand is so unbelievably satisfying.

Pucci's death was pretty bullshit to me.
It felt like the only reason he was defeated in the end was because he was the bad guy so he had to lose in a dumb way, despite doing everything right up until that point. Just undeserved.

Diavolos defeat is probably the most horrifying thing to happen in the entire Jojo canon. Being subjected to an infinite loop where you will experience every possible way of dying… it transcends the definition of torture. Sure, being blown up from the inside out like Dio or having your skull pummelled into the earth like Pucci are bad, but Diavolo will experience all of that and more. Forever.
He ran away from his fate of dying that fate itself said screw him in particular and let him experience death as many times as he would try to avoid it
That's what he gets for the deaths he caused through Passione, all the deaths through chasing Giorno and Through using Chocolatta who he knew would go on a mass rampage

Diavolo probably died from a heart attack. He suspected that the girl that was coming towards him would be solely responsible for his 4th death. Hence why he was telling her to stay away in a frightened way. I theorise that he got too scared that he received a heart attack. Scientifically, it's rare for someone to receive a heart attack after being tremendously spooked.

pucci's death was animated BEAUTIFULLY and i really have no complaints, i just wish they played weather's theme for the majority of the fight, instead of reusing jolyne's theme once again for the god-knows-what time. it's not that i don't like her theme, but it was WEATHER's ability after all that brought pucci to his defeat.
I kind of don't agree, Emporio had Jolyne's theme play instead of Weather Report because Emporio took on the mantle of the Joestars specifically Jolyne in that part.

For me the most satisfying villain defeated was from Joseph's battle against Kars with the intro music being played on the background setting his victory with hype.

I think it's so beautiful that Emporio was the one who finally defeated Pucci. Pucci was the one to carry on the will of Dio, so it's only fitting that someone else defeat him and carry on the will of the Joestars, both Jolyne and Jotaro

Iirc, Hamon used heat in a way (which vampires can’t stand), so if he didn’t cut off his head, it looks like he’d have died to the person he probably hates most, as well as relatively slowly with nothing to do but reflect upon his actions. As long as being burned by a heat worse than fire combined with fire itself.

Everyone talks about how Jotaro gave Emporio permission to use his theme, but no one talks about how Jolyne also gave him permission to use her theme. Nothing like carrying the legacy of both Jotaro and Jolyne to finally vanquish Pucci. I am shocked by this. Jolyne deserves just as much credit as Jotaro here, and Weather does as well thanks to his Stand. Jolyne’s theme plays right before Jotaro’s so it was both of them giving Emporio the Joestar spirit.

All Main Villain Defeats (except Wamuu) are ironic.
Part 1: Dio, who think that he is superior to the humans was defeated by a human. Also he see unable to move the only person who really treat well in his childhood (Jonathan) dies.
Part 2: Kars, get that he always desired with the power of the Red Stone of Aja. A Power to become the ultimate lifeform and any force in the Earth can defeat him. His defeat was a combination of luck (Jojo having the Red Stone to redirect the Hamon to the Earth) causing the volcano erupt and Joseph's mental trick giving time to the Earth to banish Kars to the stars. In that moment Kars's new power became a curse, unable to die. Wandering until the end of the time into the far space. Making the Prophecy of the Red Stone of Aja that will bring the rise and downfall of the Pillar Men a reality.
Part 3: DIO, who always mocks about the human potential specially the Joestar family, making one of his goals erasing the live descendants of Jonathan. In the final battle we always mock Jotaro and brags about the power of The World, however he died when Jotaro demonstrate by its own power that he could surpass the Time Stop Limit of The World and give a last blow.
Part 4: Yoshikage, he want a normal and common life in peace meanwhile he kills people to take hands. Using Killer Queen to erase any trace of his murders. He died by a simple car accident, a common form to die. Also he was tricked by the spirit of his first victim to be taken by mysterious hands and taken to a place wh he never will rest in peace.
Part 5: Diavolo, he want erase any trace of his identity also he get the change his own destiny using Epitaph's premonition power and King Crimson's time erasing to delete any error that he make. He made a mistake by using his stand against the new power of Golden Experience Requiem to manipulate the causality and returning to zero, a mistake can't be erased by King Crimson. And when Giorno kill him, by the power of Golden Experience Requiem that action must turn to zero, causing that Diavolo suffer any possible death before turn to zero and the process start again, sending Diavolo to a infinite death loop.
Part 6: Pucci, he want that everyone know and accept its predetermined destiny by the restart of the universe. However he forget that two similar universe have light fluctuations that change everything, no exist two perfect equal universes. In this case was Emporio's survival from the original universe and the fact that he gets Weather Report. When Pucci accelerate the time to kill Emporio only make that he gets the pure oxygen poisoning symptoms worst to him. He don't was killed by a Joestar, we dies by a common and inoffensive element manipulated by Weather Report who made it a real poison. Pucci want that everyone accept the fate that he made for them but he don't want accept that death that the force of Destiny made for him.
Part 7: Valentine believed that with the sacred corpse nothing could harm him and he could bring peace to America and a simple fingernail from a disabled person breaks through his love barrier and prevents him from traveling to other dimensions, so his plan for his country goes down the drain
Part 8: Tooru believed that nothing would be able to touch him with his u-Wonder activated, but a non-existent bubble was able to pass through him and he was killed by the very fruit he tried to get for his species to become the dominant one and by a boy with a stone disease who passed his disease to him through equivalent exchange

Diavolo ran a gang that sold drugs. He died to a crackhead
Dio's intent was to end the Joestar bloodline. Ironically, he conceived four children using Jonathan's body. One of those kids being Giorno.
There are more ironies to Kira demise. He desired to be unnoticed but his defeat came from him loudly announcing his name. And he died from an accident in which the driver did not notice him and backed the ambulance on his head.

New fear unlocked
My ratings about the scenes:
1. Pt 1 Dio's defeat was 7/10. A lil bit fine but it would have been way cooler if they added Jonathan staring at Dio while Dio was melting just like Jotaro started at Pt 3 DIO
2. Wamuu's defeat was 8/10. Quite different from the others, it had a sense of honor and the concept of living up to his code and brushing of immortality is just Wammu's personal trait that we like about him, that's why this one is unique
3. Kars's defeat was actually 10/10. It was carried by Kars's shock that a normal Hamon user beat a perfect life form like him, and to make things better? Sono chi no Sadame playing in the background was just too perfect. It was carried even further by Kars's assumption of returning back to Earth with jets of air but then the realization that he could never return back to Earth ,being stuck in space forever and brain stops working gives that a slight edge to make Kars's defeat 10/10.
4. Pt 3 DIO's defeat was 9/10. Similar to Kars but DIO didn't have to suffer as much as Kars did. DIO also believes he has a chance at victory and after trying to splash blood on Jotaro's face and tries to kick Jotaro, but that's where DIO's fate was sealed. Jotaro countering DIO's kick and making DIO's body explode is probably one of the best scenes ever . Also Jotaro just staring into DIO's soul which was being ripped apart is just perfectly executed so well. Hence, that being said, this is my second fav villain defeat scene in Jojo.
5. Kira's defeat was 10/10. The three things I really like about his defeat scene are: First, it wasn't even Josuke (MC) that defeated Kira. The dilemma that Josuke faced is that he can't kill Kira because of the people present there and DiU is all about peace. Things get even better when Jotaro and Koichi make the best combo with Act 3 Freeze and Star Platinum time stop and it doesn't even end there. Second, Kira's goal of living a quiet life and be unnoticed actually gets implemented in this scene when Ambulance-kun doesn't notice Kira and runs over Kira, killing him with a quick painless death. Three, Kira doesn't even realize that he was the one who got defeated and doesn't believe it until Reimi appears and explains the situation. Kira now tries to put an end to Reimi by causing her to turn back but the dog didn't want to stay away from its owner and made Kira the one to turn back instead. After realizing this, Kira still tries to struggle, commanding Killer Queen to make them explode but after his body was broken into pieces, he realizes he has no hope left for him and instead of "HOW?" or "WHY?", Kira asked the question "WHERE?" and instantly getting dragged was so well performed. Props to Kira's VA over here.
6. Diavolo's defeat was 15/10. Pretty unsettling for us all but this is the part of the meaning of Diavolo's name "Devil". Giorno is DIO's son and DIO means "God" which means Giorno is basically Jesus and part 5 is about Jesus fighting the Devil. If it was not for Bucciarati then the whole team would have been doomed. So after getting Requiem, Giorno, instead of killing The Boss, punishes him to suffer for eternity in a whole fricking death loop, which is even scarier considering the fact that a person does not know how they will die and this death loop could provide the most horrifying and brutal deaths for The Boss. Even scarier is the fact that Diavolo was begging an innocent, harmless girl to stay "the hell" away from him and wondering how many times he's going to die. I could not even imagine 0.1% of the pain Diavolo is suffering right now but the pain is never going to end because of GER's Return to Zero ability. This is by far, one of the most terrifying scenes I have ever watched in Jojo but I cannot feel pity for Diavolo either since his fate was sealed once Giorno gained his ability and ascended the throne of Passione.
7. Pucci's defeat was 10/10. This one is also a unique defeat as Pucci's cause of death was the very thing Fate gave him. The same Fate that aided him in achieving Heaven. The very Fate that brought Pucci to life, the very Fate that gave him his cause of death: Oxygen. Yes, Pucci died because of oxygen when Weather Report increased the pure oxygen level in this room. Once Emporio gave this command, Pucci's fate was sealed. This "oxygen content" rose up above the 40% content, blinding Pucci and paralyzing him waist down, rendering his infinite speed useless. This one is also one of my favorite ones because Pucci knew he was doomed and unlike Kira, he begged Emporio to spare his life and that he'll gladly give his life once Heaven is completed. But those words fell upon deaf ears and Emporio proceeded to talk about that Fate and beat the shit out of Pucci, killing him and erasing him from existence completely.
8. Valentine's defeat 14/10. Yeah I know this one isn't in the list but this is my personal favorite of all time. After realizing the power of Johnny's TA4 spin, the President tried to bribe Johnny with a Gyro from another universe but Johnny knew that wouldn't be the same "Gyro" that he participated in the Run with. So after explaining that Valentine needed the Saint's Corpse Parts for the sake of the Nation, Valentine again tried to bribe Johnny by giving him Cream Starter so that he can heal Lucy. Now Johnny half trusted the President but he could not trust him fully, so he decided to see if the President would betray him and tossed the President's pistol towards him to see if his suspicion is correct. It was correct and Valentine explained that his actions were "those of justice". This caused a gunfight which finally resulted in Valentine's death. This one is actually my favorite because Johnny wanted to trust Valentine so badly so it must have been hard for Johnny who suffered a lot already, making this scene a really sad one.
Diavolo's death was ∞/10
Part 8 main villain death: 20/10 imo

Pretty sure Jonathan and Joseph are the only JoJos to be called "JoJo" as a nickname. Maybe there are some times where others are called "JoJo," but primarily Jotaro, Josuke, Giorno, and Jolyne (I don't know about Johnny, Josuke, or Jodio) are called their full names.
@@dreader102 I think it’s because saying JoJo as a nickname would be pretty childish for Jotaro at that time, and for Josuke and the rest, their names are easy to say without the nickname as the nickname kind of lost its thing after Part 2. Josuke 4 was called JoJo by his bullies before he beat them up and then I don’t think they called him that again. I guess the nickname JoJo just died out.

I kind of liked Pucci’s original death in the manga.
In the manga, there was no beatdown rush, instead; Weather Report (the stand) tore off half of Pucci’s face, then slammed his head so hard into the ground that his head literally *exploded.*
That… That is incredibly gruesome, and is something that King Crimson does a lot, actually. Weather Report didn’t do a standard rush attack, it coldly and brutally killed Pucci.
In the manga he crushed his face, THEN did the rush attack. In the anime, they made the crushing part less extreme and kept the beat down.
His face did get torn apart in the anime

Why is it that every main villain gets a punishment worse than death but Dio is excluded from that?
Ironically, the one who is most at fault for the negative events in the series gets the easiest way out.
Tbf Kira's punishment is not so bad at all, as he only lives as a ghost with no memories

The least cruel fate goes to Pucci since he just stopped existing and that's it.

Wasn’t Diavolo the only one with a terrible fate? Everyone else just died. Kira’s death doesn’t really count, as I’m pretty sure that’d be the same result as everyone else.

I think what really pulled me into the series was wamuu, mf was just so…polite and respectful up until the very end, he was a villain I LIKED even if he killed a main part of the cast.

Yeah, at least until Jotaro's theme reaches it's climax would he great, but he did has his left face and eyeball crushed VERY slowly for around two minutes, and that blood curling scream tells us he did not have a quick death at all.
It was a lot more brutal in the manga.
