How does it pass state board inspection without a bathroom? Im in Florida and the requirements are 3 holding tanks of at least 40 gallon each and a restroom inside the bus. Are the requirements different in your state?
Right. I'm in NC and it just passed for us to go mobile. however, they require us to have a flushable toilet and at least a 7-gallon tank fresh/grey water and a hot water heater. We also can't roll around. A monthly itinerary of your location must be submitted in, so they know where to locate you in order to inspect. Fines start at $300 and up.

How did you bolt the chair down?
Use self tapping screws. That's what I used.
