The new GT-R is also more comfortable than ever, with a new sense of elegance and civility that one would rarely find in such a high-performance super sports car. About 10 years ago, I remember going to the Tochigi factory as a school field trip... it was a magical experience. I was really awed by the manufacturing of the Skyline and the GT-R. I still remember the GT-R being built right in front of my eyes.

Yeah well that's kinda a shame with sports cars. The people building it are artists but sometimes their work have a tendency to fall into the hands of kids and egoists who treat them like toys or wreck them because they think they're way better at driving than they actually are.

It's amazing to see such lack of automation and technology in the factory. Nissan really relies heavily on it's skilled crew to make such an amazing car.

When I was 16 in early 2000 my dream was to own a se-r spec v. And in 2003 I bought a brand new ser spec v. Fast forward later it was also my dream to own the classic 1990 300zx twin turbo z32 then i also bought one two in fact. Then It was also my dream to experience a 350z so I bought a new 2008 350z with the vq35hr engine. Since then I’ve had so many dreams that became a reality. I’ve owned two g37 sedans, two g37 coupes and a couple of 350z (de) as well. Now I own a 2017 Q60 red sport. The ultimate dream to own one of these one day. I still haven’t made this dream a reality. I hope this ultimate dream of owning a GTR one day will happen.
