Oh please....most people blaring out music are driving through and not stationary so the noise will be heard for a few seconds!! I get if someone is stationary blaring out music outside your house is a disturbance...but what about public car events...like classic cars where they rev engines...are they going to stop them too?? I hope not!! Of al the things in the world to worry about..jeez!! And the cop saying a cyclist might fall off his bike cos someone is playing loud music or revving an is hilarious and ridiculous!!!
