Somewhat close equivalents in concept to each of the three categories of laws are the following Creative Commons licenses: Category 1 CC-BY-NC Category 2 CC-BY-NC-ND or CC-BY-ND - depending on whether monetary use is allowed for works under category 2 law Category 3 CC-BY-SA
