Living in Northern Ontario Canada, makes the dream of being at Baja 1000 a big dream to fill. Im 45 and still dream of going to watch. Life goal would be to race anything I can get my hands on. I'm a trucker so I can put the hours in thats for sure. 40 years riding dirt bikes and 30 years playing with trail rigs like my 88 bronco. All my trail truck builds are inspired by the awesome trucks I've seen since I was a child buying magazines like off road. Thanks for the dreams Baja...
WeRideLikeThis it's just all of the work that goes into it, crossing the border, race fees, bike prep, training, luck and so on. So much that has to go into it just to cross that finish line.
But .... as much as those bikes continue and continue, you got Class 11. THE BUGS OF BAJA! They are the respect, the class that Baja gives no mercy. Those VW Bugs are something that's special to all of Baja 1000.
Do SEMA rice truck fans know about Trophy Trucks? Sure you have a F350 on 40" tires with 36" wheels, but it is garbage. Trophy Trucks have the same size tire, but they can actually perform.
I've said it a million times, and I'll say it again. Those trick SEMA trucks are the equivalent to marrying a super model who doesn't cook, clean, or fuck. Worthless.
There are very few things on earth that could match riding off road in a race like this. It's so tough and expensive then you have to be in really good shape, be fearless and oh yeah, you have to be freaking fast and a tad bit insane.
For sure. That bent toobing I mean tubing can get a driver killed. Dale Earnhardt is dead proof that bent tubing and hitting something that don't move can put a guy 6 feet under.Happy that BJ is alive or not in a wheel chair drooling. It could of been much worse. Dangerous sport for sure. pbs.twimg.com/media/Cxq1DgBUAAA9UPS.jpg
At 9:30 when that guy comes rocketing into the pits, I'm thinking there's NO WAY he's going to be able to stop at that speed. Then he defied physics...
Monster Energy trophy truck game....? You and Milestone can do this, bring us the realism of the baja, short course and more of the classes and tracks.
You know, most of the time in TV & Movies, there's always a big car race across the roads or desert with different kinds of cars and different kinds of driving, and it makes me wonder, why hasn't no made an actual Competition TV Show based off that concept, a big car race across the country with different kinds of cars racing together like it can have people decorate their cars and race in a tournament (where's there's 6 preliminaries with 6 racers each called the Greenline, and the top 3 drivers of each race will be randomly grouped into 3 semi-finals of 6 racers called the Yellowline, and the the top 2 racers of those races would compete for the grandprize in the final round called Redline, and the tracks would be through open wilderness (like mountains or plains or deserts) and open roads (just like races like these, only they'll all start at the same time), there would be special surprises and twists when they reach the halfway point of the race (like having something happen or be added to their car) and there would a helicopter to referee and film the whole thing , and the pitcrew would traveling their own path via trailer and will come whenever the racer is in a jam I just feel like the concept of the big car race has been going on in fiction for years now, and I think it should bring the real life versions of those races to western television as a competition series, you know what I mean?
You mean the monster claw mark..which is 3 Hebrew numeral 6s. So, 666...and has a cross in the "o" of the word "monster".. and says "unleash the beast". That logo? Yeah. I'll bet they would.
I think baja 1000 is a team racing, but only one who beat the odds in the desert the one who holds the wheel and the handlebar. That trophy truck looks like a bullfrog as it jumps on uneven dusty tracks.
You know that monster claw mark.. is 3 Hebrew numeral 6s. So, 666...and has a cross in the "o" of the word "monster".. and says "unleash the beast". What's that all about?
Man throw that engine in an 1151a1 and scream in my ear I bet I can smoke these guys. Jk. I’d pop a tire within the first mile with our standard army equipment l o l :.(

The roaring of a trophy truck going passed you in the desert is unbelievable
On my bucket list is too finish the Baja 1000 on a dirtbike!
thats easy bro, getting first on the other hand that would be sick
Pure adrenaline man I could not do it way too dangerous for me.
+WeRideLikeThis it's not as easy as you think. 1000 miles nonstop racing
im pretty sure i would finish. no way i would win without some serious training but i think i could finish

They are lucky to be alive. That was a terrible hit.

The locals must feel so blessed when their town fills up with entitled white people.
They sell them stuff. Lol
What a flop, saying it's better to take a digger on a dirt bike over a trophy truck. Get a clue
