There is something about a couple of buddies deciding to race “The 1000” with zero knowledge of what the hell they are getting into that makes for a great story. Totally enjoyed every minute of the film.
Great video! Racing the 1000 this year, just sent this video to a few buddies to convince them we can actually do it. If you could, we can! Thanks for the great example!
I love Baja and Mexico 🇲🇽, as a American I have spent many years in Mexico and enjoying the culture and people 💜. So with my love of the people and off-road vehicles this is a no brainer for me. Yo te amo esta
you two guys inspire me so much thanks a lot, if you guys did it I can also ! Racing baja it’s been always a dream since I was a little kid ! Props to you guys real Rockstars
I'm only less than 6 minutes in and I can't wait to follow along once I get back from work. Radek, I have so many PB questions and I have to apologize to you personally for my conduct over the phone many years back. Ask me later about that one. Oso awesome to find that you're getting more footage on here, and I can't wait to see your sub numbers grow. Ambrose?! This will be good...
Yeah bro and those woops appear to be no joke lol man I can only imagine the pure arm pump after hitting those, it really just goes to show how much of a Legend Mouse McCoy is for doing that whole race by himself.
@@ds--pu1tv many people ran it solo, we DNFed twice but we finished we were happy to average 21 mph for 45% of the course and that was before telecommunications. edit the course is rather easy (if you have ran in the desert for a time)the damn problem is the traffic civilian, race and chase truck traffic is terrible ...f lighting cant half see shyt half the way and then a truck comes through and screws the rest up.... racing baja is easy to do 1000 miles split it between 5 riders. problem is who starts and who finishes and who runs the crappy sections... you can do a 100k run each guy puts in 20k and you have all that satisfaction of just finishing the damn thing. that is what we did... we spent a year putting the gear together to include building the bike. we sold the bike to another team three years later when we made a new run. BUT you need 5 guys you can trust and agree on the run!!! FIRST.

Why didn't you just swap motors and ECU?
how did the bikes do?
Hey man that fuel ⛽️ in Mexico 🇲🇽 is way better than California fuel. Add some Klotz or VP octane booster and your good🏁
I want this race
ditch the oil cooler.....oil wasnt operating at its full potential.....its supposed to be hot...thins it out for circulation the engine
Slapping that big bore in there days before testing probably also didn't help either.
Go Ironman status 1000
