  • The phrase "Satyam Jnanam Anantam Brahman" originates from the ancient Indian scriptures known as the Upanishads. Specifically, it is found in the Taittiriya Upanishad, one of the principal Upanishads associated with the Krishna Yajurveda. This profound statement is part of the philosophical teachings within the Upanishadic texts that expound upon the nature of reality, the self (atman), and the ultimate truth (Brahman).
"Satyam Jnanam Anantam Brahman" is a profound statement found in the Vedas and Upanishads, particularly within Advaita Vedanta philosophy.
    - *Satyam:* Refers to truth or reality. It signifies the aspect of Brahman that is eternal, unchanging, and the ultimate reality beyond the temporal world.
    - *Jnanam:* Denotes knowledge or consciousness. It represents the awareness or intelligence that permeates all existence. This aspect highlights that Brahman is not just inert but embodies supreme consciousness.
    - *Anantam:* Stands for infinity or limitlessness. It emphasizes that Brahman is beyond boundaries, limitless, and transcendent of space and time.
    - *Brahman:* Represents the ultimate reality, the unchanging, eternal, and all-pervading essence of the universe according to Advaita Vedanta. It's considered the ground of all being, the source and substratum of everything.
Together, this phrase encapsulates the idea that Brahman, the ultimate reality, is characterized by truth, consciousness, and infinitude, expressing the fundamental nature of existence in Advaita Vedanta.

Okay, pure existence is Brahman, pure
      Contiousness is
BRAHMAN , BUT How can I be Brahman , whenI am neither Purecontiousness
      Nor am I pure-
      Existence

@@katayunsaklat5244You are pure existence and pure consciousness.
The problem might be, that you buy in to the idea, that you as consciousness are residing in your head, while looking through your eyes like through windows into an outside world.
But this notion in itself is wrong.
You don't live in your body.
Right now, and always your body is IN YOU.
It's a simple but profound paradigm shift.
You must change your perspective, then you will realise that all that Swamiji says is real.
      Think of it this way:
Right now, you are wearing a Virtual reality headset. On the screen of this headset, everything you perceive right now is projected. This includes the room you are sitting in, the eyes you are seeing trough AND your entire body.
You are seeing a videogame if you will in first-person perspective. Like in one of those first-person-shooter-games.
      The question therefore is:
Who, or what exactly is wearing this VR-headset?
It's not a different body but it's consciousness. The real you.
      Hope my explanation was understandable.
      Happy new year.

Because you are not what you believe you are at the moment. You are NOT your body or mind. your body is an object, which is an expression of pure existence.
All the knowledge in your mind was acquired and shines in pure consciousness. So essentially, you Are both. That is, you Are Brahman!

Those who are writing negative comments can understand that just to get a small worldly degree, it takes a minimum of 15 to 16 years of our lives. This is the ultimate knowledge, it won't come just like that, we need to put effort and lead a dharmic life. Then only we get this.

Whoa there! The description of Brahman is SatChtANANTA? Not SatChitANANDA as known in popular culture? AnanTa (Infinitenes/Limitlessness) as a property or quality of Existence is much more open and relatable than a property of AnanDa, bliss or joy. This is a revelation!!! Swamiji himself in other TH-cam videos also says SatChitAnanDa! So which is it??

Swamiji, what are you speaking that is simply concept of Abrahamic religions. No doubt, Hinduism is monotheist in it's core, like Abrahamic religions. But, what will then happen to our, Kali, Durga, Shiva and finally Vishnu and Ram? What for then your RKM worship Kali, Durga and even Kumari? It is really surprising that RKM is completely cosmopolitan in it's religious thinking.

Excellent clarity and logical flow to come to the conclusion...thanks to this gentleman for sharing his understanding of reality to us. So, in that case how to worship a separate god ? When it seems like everything is part of god himself? Else, does it suggest that no such worship is needed? What about the bondage of this omnipresent, eternal non-dual Brahman (in Physics the so-called quantum field, the common underlying entity of all living and non-living object) with some undefined entity, which is beyond human comprehension with inherently limited capability? I sincerely apologize for my queries.

    মহারাজ, সেই জন্যই কি 'pure consciousness' বলা হয়? I think so.

Perhaps there may be something about the definition of the word eternal. I've seen it translated as timeless meaning no time and it is the illusion of time itself that gives rise to this apparent appearance of change. The absolute is still-silent only apparently appearing as all sounds and all movements. Nothinnigness apparently appearing as everything everywhere all at once. In reality nothing ever happens because it's always still-silent.
