We had a MM combine like the one in the video on our small holding in the 1960's. Ours was powered by a V4 air cooled petrol engine, not PTO. The worse thing was picking up the sacks.
Brilliant, their was a larger MM trailer combine called a Q8 or similar name. They had V4 or V8s. Information on these MM combines is quite hazy these days
We have a MM Harvester with Wisconsin V4 and has grain tank with unloading auger.. Still have the pickup header but think the strawspreader is missing.
@steveherinckx6541 yes thats fine. I live near Banbury. So that half way between Oxford and Northampton. Although i travel around the country to film interesting old machines especially old combines. I even been onto the isle of white. Im having a rest from filming at the moment. Just need a break but i be back at some point. God willing
allways good working event good video
Once again thank you very much for not overdubbing music to theses videos!!
The sound of old engines is music enough. I just keep it simple
Just continue as you have been. First class subjects, first class presentation. Many memories for this 82 year old Lincolnshire lad. Thankyou.
