Grimnir science
Grimnir really is just sold so hard by his voice actor, they do a stellar job, and I'm excited to hear his English version, too - they did a fantastic job with his gameplay.
Voice actress actually, his voice is done by legendary japanese voice actress Megumi Ogata, known for roles like Yugi in Yu-Gi-Oh, Ken Amada in Persona 3, Yukito in Cardcaptor Sakura and Makoto as well as Nagito in the Danganronpa series.
probably most famously Shinji in Evangelion, Kurama in Yuyu Hakusho, and Yugi. she's always fantastic

@@raindrain1 I thought he was pretty cool in the end. Everywhere else he was a joke lol. Iguazu is such a loser, but he never gave up and was able to mentally overpower Skynet through sheer toxicity alone.

They’re not really alike. Belial is a deviant angel, while Grimnir is the God of War who is a Chunni and gets embarrassed trying to celebrate Valentine’s Day with Gran/Djeeta.

Finally! A deity character made by Japan that feels like he/she is awesome and not just a walking mat because "deities bad!!" Good, this is why i like Grandblue, they usually go beyond what is typical and give us the good stuff! Too bad I'm a water grandblue main and not a wind one, wind looks beyond decent these days.

Gameplay wise, he seems to be a combination of Bang Shishigami, Naoto Shirogane, & Rashid. Of course, he has some unique things to himself, but that's kinda what it looks like to me. I love him!

Grimnir is disciple of Primarch of Wind, Raphael and thing he likes to do is trying hard to come up with these cheesily cool monologues, but in battle he's no joke. Also when he happens to slip up with his lines he gets all flustered and high-pitched as you saw with that one super of his. In short, he's a entertaining try-hard chuuni and that's imo something you either really love or hate (I'm personally on the former group).

He’s the last new character in the base game, yes. We haven’t seen any of the Rising DLC characters yet

@@abrahamlupis9354 We do know Grimnir is the last one because, as we can read in the Deluxe Version info at the end of the video, it says there are 28 base characters and 6 DLC characters.
The base GBVS has 24 characters and then we have Anila, Siegfried, Nier and Grimnir, so that's all the 28 base ones.
There is a chance they will pull something like they did with Beelzebub though, where he is a DLC character but got released along the game at launch.
