Its Saturday morning and my friends Danni @TheNICHELady, Sonny @SonnyLasVegas, Mikey @MikeyBagsOfMoney, Kari and Matt are headed down to Henderson in the southern part of Las Vegas to check out a huge Community Garage Sale. Little did we know what was about to happen.... lets go thrifting and find out what it was!
Hello Everyone! Its Tiffany with Thrifting Vegas. I shop at thrift stores, estate sales, garage sales and discount stores for items I can resell for a profit on online platforms like eBay, Poshmark and Offer-Up.

As soon as we got there, the sky opened up and it poured with rain. 100 families had signed up for the garage sale, but only a few stuck it out in the rain. We changed our plans and went to Savers instead! The store was quite busy, but they were restocking the shelves and I found treasure in every aisle! The color of the day is purple... all green tags are half off... and I filled my cart with more than a few amazing things! Learn what to bolo and what to leave on the shelf, and why. To give you a little insight to the Soviet rifle maintenance piece. The letters are actually Щ. Н. (Shcha. N.) One side held solvent and the other side held oil. Щёлочь, SHCHYOLoch', is an alkali solution, Soviet cleaning solvent. Н stands for нейтральное or neytral'noye, meaning neutral. It's нейтральное масло, or neytral'noye maslo, pH-neutral oil, neither acidic nor alkyline. Used to maintain a Mosin-Nagant rifle, developed in the 1880’s and used ever since. Quite a find!!

Old style (WWII vintage) oil can for firearms. I believe it was issued with certain machineguns that used a lubricating pad for proper ammo feed.

That $6.99 vase that looked like Mikasa is - I have one - I love the way fresh flowers look in it.

That Dept 56 banana plate might have been worth something. That look has creamer, salt and pepper, etc. The round wooden bowl with slats is for cutting bread, like there are baguette miters.

Had a child having a right fit in my thrift store the other day too just screaming while being carried around for 20 minutes straight… they’re trying to tell you something parents when they’re done for the day 💕

I was thinking the same. You don’t have to be done for the day…but DO somethin! Pick them up, feed them, distract them…sounded like the parents were just letting the kid scream it’s bloody head off.
It makes me sad when I hear parents who are so selfish. That baby sounded quite young, so was crying because she/he needed something. That wasn’t even a temper tantrum! When my daughter was young, if she cried and couldn’t be quieted right away, I’d take my cart to the register and ask to leave it for a moment so I could take her outside and tend to her. They always said yes - quickly because at that point she was crying right in their ears! 😂 When we solved whatever the problem was - hungry, thirsty, diaper, hot, cold - we went back and continued shopping. If she was inconsolable, I’d return and explain that I would have to abandon my cart and return at a later time. I’m sure some weren’t happy about having to put a few things back on the shelves, but they were always very nice about it and occasionally offered to hold things for a couple of hours if I thought I’d be able to get back. I never asked for that, but was grateful when offered.
I’ve seen a toddler with a diaper full of poop while his parents leisurely shopped before. Priorities, people.
Exactly! Take care of the physical needs and if that wasn’t the problem then LEAVE. I feel the same way about big mouthed/loud adults.

I'm not sure what that wooden bowl with the slats in it. My guess would be for slicing bread in even slices.

It could be a Vintage Antique Russian WW2 Army Steel Double Oil Container Can Thumb pump and these can go for $100 to $190 on eBay depending on condition! Is there any markings or letters on the body on opposite side? This can also determine worth. If no markings then probably Not worth a whole lot

Frame 44:13 + That vase reminded me of the old figurines my Grandmother had. The girls ( like Bo Peep ) had lace ( coated w/ wax ) to make up their dresses & bonnets, etc. Bad thing about that is due to age, you couldn't wash the dust off & the lace would rot.
If the doubleheader flask is divided, I’d say salt and pepper shakers. I’m sure my dad had one in the army. Take care Tiffany darling xx

The "horsey mold" at 29:21 is actually the bottom of a cake pan similar to a two piece angel cake pan. After the cake is baked you flip it over so the horse would end up being on top of the cake. I own several with different cake tops.

Unfortunately Savers prices are really high. Tip when donating items, don’t leave old price tags on, thrift store mark the items higher. Great seeing you all together!

I think w the pumpkin beanbag toss you need the 2 sides. If it’s anything like the game “cornhole”…you put each board about 10-15 feet away from one another & each player tosses the bags across to their own board. I’m pretty sure it’s how you keep score….unless the beanbags are different colors. Anyway, enjoy either way! It’s fun! My sis & bro-in-law have “cornhole” in their backyard & it lights up!

Parents-your main job is tending to your children not shopping. Shop when they have had break/been fed/diaper changed/napped, whatever they need.
I feel like savers is way over priced compared to the goodwill here in Vegas. Always love going shopping with you.

Mikey Bags is so funny. A flask for twins turns out to be a military item. 😂 I love the cats eyes that light up. I'm so thrilled to see such great offers for the Cats Alive outreach. I'm also a cat lover, all animals. Holding thumbs you make super great sales for the kitties. 😻 Ziggy is too darling. I adore the wooden bowl. I was telling you through the phone to buy it. 😂 I bought a teak wooden bowl in very bad shape. I sanded it and sealed it with food safe oil. It transformed it into a stunning piece, I can't part with it. Thanks for another great video. Love from Germany 😊👌🎉
Over the years I have had three of those 5 litre Corning ware casserole dishes. The first one was left with my ex husband the second was nicked by my ex daughter-in-law and the third is my pride and joy. They are very, very expensive here in Oz. It is great for baking meat dishes with bones in like, curried lamb chops, chicken pieces, oxtail soup, roasts and whole chickens. Smaller dishes are not big enough.
That is a popular pattern where I live in Lancaster County, Pa. They sell quickly for me.

I believe your Goodwills that you shopped at our 100% stocked with very nice items. I’ve visited several Goodwills in different areas in San Antonio Texas and the Selection of merchandise is not good quality as you show. You’re so lucky to have such a good selection.
I would think one would have to be very careful about the heat factor if you hung a metal birdhouse in many outdoor hot areas.

I do the same thing for Christmas - baking cookies and using reasonable thrifted plate finds to zchush up the gift.
