I really do like watching your videos they're very informative and I like the way that you take your time and explain things to the watchers. You're fortunate to live in an area where there's a lot of places to thrift
I just assumed she saw it and left it because it was just a single. I know it matched the shaker (or looked like it), but it didn’t really add anything to have both together. 🤷🏼♀️ I’m sure she had a reason.
At -39:30 you passed over a square cake stand pedestal. Square pedestals are VERY popular for cake designers as they are not as common and square cakes need square pedestals for displays.
Next to the single shaker, there was a cup with exactly the pattern on it as the shaker.Maybe it wasn’t anything special but I thought I should mention it.😁
You always find such lovely interesting items. You also explain everything so well. I adore all the fur babies. Thank you as always. Love from Germany 💖
Hi Tiffany 💐That Doggy Clock is Adorable. I love the butter crock. Ziggy stole the show. Him laying on his back snoozing with that little pink nose. Is ADORABLE 💙
A wonderful haul! I just checked back... @8:15, a small bowl with the same blue & white phoenix pattern to march the salt shaker is sitting at the front of the shelf. I hope it might still be there, in case it helps create a more interesting pair for vintage display. I wonder if there's even MORE to be found. I usually don't care for most blue & white Asian patterns, but this design is truly lovely. So many treasures, so little display space!
If you look into the Better Homes and Gardens Junior Cookbook, 1955 edition (one on E-bay for $20), you will see glasses with a similar design to the clear pitcher with the middle horizontal rim that you chose. In the cookbook pictures, they put colored ice cubes in the glasses which make them look really festive. My dad got me that cookbook when I was a child.
That’s such a great memory! And it’s so sweet the way it shows how much you loved your book. I know the minute you saw that pitcher, the memory of those glasses with the colorful ice cubes came flooding right back! I had the Betty Crocker Cookbook for Boys and Girls, 1957 edition, as a Christmas gift from my aunt in 1963. I can tell you that I pored over that book for 2 years before I ever made anything and, like you, I would instantly recognize anything from those pictures! Do you still have your book?
U have found some wonderful treasures!! I am happy for u that u found your tea cups!! Love watching u!! I am heading out to find vintage goodies to sell!! Wish me luck!! 💞🧜♀️💞

Hi, Tiffany! What a fantastic haul-such a variety of cool things. As a person of Irish lineage, l can tell you that the crown is loyally, the hands, friendship, and the heart symbolizes love on the claddaugh. Seems like you need to have a word with your supervisors about sleeping on the job! 🤣🤣 Thanks-great fun!
I have the matching spoon rest, salt and pepper shakers, and large mug in that same Polish pottery pattern. And, I got them at 3 separate times, and one was a gift. Christmas Tree Shops used to sell it.
You didn't say a price for bandit, how can we buy him if we don't know the cost? I know... priceless right? Just as well, he is a momas boy any way lol. God bless sweet lady, thanks for the way you perform your videos. I have learned from you, even at 65 I still learn sometimes, lol
In Japan, and some other Asian cultures, three is a lucky number and often tea sets have three cups or multiples of three. People often pass them over because they think it’s an incomplete set. I’m not sure about the teapot you picked up previously. I saw the video, but don’t recall the origin of the set.
Fantastic finds today!!! I LOVE the pottery. I have several pieces of Heager, Italy, Frankoma, and quite a few California pottery as that was got me loving ca pottery ❤😄🤩. I got a vintage orange chip/dip set with a lid for 8.00 at an auction. The guy selling it said his Mom had the set since the early 70's 😂 I was stoked!!!😃😊 I would want to keep every piece of pottery you got today. LOL 😆 Thanks for sharing your adventures and knowledge with us.🤩🤗❤🙌🙏 Your fur babies are adorable. I 🙂🥰
Hi Tiffany - Great finds today! I love the stitchers pictures, the gorgeous brass lamp, the Polish butter keeper and plates, the Talavera plate, the Japanese salt shaker, and my favourite - the Allen dog clock!🤗
Hi Tiffany at 11:22 there is a whirly pop with it's wooden handle in the center of your frame. If you LOVE popcorn like I do it makes absolutely the BEST popcorn ever! Very easy to use and clean up is easy too. Does anyone else use a whirly pop?
I don’t use one, but they do make good popcorn. That’s probably a good find, too, for personal use - they’re not inexpensive to buy, for sure! I can’t make out the price, but I’m sure it’s far less than a new one and it looks like it’s in good condition. Might even be brand new - I had a friend whose MIL insisted she needed one to make her son’s popcorn properly, but she told her no several times because they had a tiny kitchen and no room for it. The MIL gave it to her for Christmas and it went straight to GW, unused. (She did offer it to me, but I had an old pan that was perfectly broken in…😂)
Hi Tiffany. So good to see you! 🎊 🎉 ❤ Oh my goodness what a fun and exciting shopping trip. I love the tall brass vase, the drums, the Polish tableware, and so much more. It’s like all the unusual and fun items jumped out for your cart. That clock is so amazing: whimsical and classy. I love it! I wish it was in my price range. I’m so happy for you. I hope you enjoy the very unusual and eclectic lamp you’re keeping (for a while at least). Did you say it was Art Deco ? Thx for posting early and especially for taking us along. I do appreciate all you do and all you are. You are my thrifting idol Tiffany. I hope the kids are enjoying being back at school, and plz say “Hi” to your parents, we haven’t seen them in a while.🌺 P.S. Did I tell you I look forward to viewing your videos multiple times? You make shopping fun!
Oh good grief. Not sure if it’s good or bad that I have found your channel. My eyes are rolling in their sockets with all the goodies. We don’t have this in 🇬🇧 so anyone who does not shop here is crazy 😜 💕
That red "you are special today" plate. My parents had that when I was a kid. It was kept in a different cupboard from our regular dishes and when someone had a birthday that plate would be set for them at the table instead of our usual correl china. Lol
I saw that and felt a twinge of nostalgia. My best friend’s family had it, as well, and I was at her house for many a celebration of her birthday. And her mother would even get it out for me when I’d be over near to my own. There’s something exciting about that red plate!
That plate is Wachtersbach, made in Germany. Was either parent or grandparent military? The only stores (that I know of) who carried Wachtersbach in the states tended to be the more “high end” stores except for the military base exchanges. We got ours from the factory shop in Germany.
Hello Tiffany so enjoying your videos. Ziggy makes me want a kitty of my own...achoo! I looked up the quote on the cup. It's from book by James H Boren ( a political humorist) When in Doubt Mumble: A Bureaucrat's Handbook. "When in doubt Mumble, when in trouble delegate, when in charge ponder just a FYI Linda😊
That basket with the rooster on it had a wooden spice rack behind it , i have that . I turned it into a k-cup holder for my coffee bar . Reduce , Reuse, Recycle !
Tiffany, you found so many fabulous items in this haul. Your clock is awesome! Hello Bandit and Ziggy, you are just the cutest and find great spots to relax. :-)
The item in your hand shown on You Tube is a remake of an old fashioned butter saver. I bought 4 here in Southern California at the local Goodwill. I was going to give as gifts; but they didn't work! I followed directions online; softened butter qnd smashed it in the in the lid interior cup. Filled bottom of container with cold water. The theory is that the water keeps the butter hydrated or cool and it stays in the receptacle while upside down on your counter. Butter fell into the water.
The vintage blue and white single salt shaker had a small planter or handleless tea cup. Think you were so excited to see the shaker that the other was missed in the moment. Lol! That happens.
I noticed too! I took a close look at the pattern and it doesn't look the same as the salt shaker. It looked like coy fish and not birds. But I do wish she had picked it up to get a closer look.
Do you have any suggestions on how to learn more about artists? I found an original water color at an estate sale but can't find anything on it. Thank you
Sorry, Tiffany, but I think the Ziggers was the star of the show this time! Ziggy sitting atop his newspaper nest followed by that shot of him lying on his back, dreaming wonderful dreams with a little smile and a look of perfect, relaxed contentment is just too much cuteness! 🥰🥰 Love the beautiful Polish pottery. I used to wander around the dishware section in Christmas Tree Shops (a store chain found in the Eastern states that isn’t really a Christmas store at all, but more of a combination of inexpensive household goods, craft supplies, home decor, etc.) drooling over all the Polish pottery. I picked up a few pieces, but I didn’t have space for much. It was beautiful and pretty inexpensive because it wasn’t appreciated 10-15 years ago. I haven’t been in one of the stores in at least 8 years and I doubt they sell it now!

When you picked up the single blue and white salt shaker it looked like there was a matching "cup" right next to it.
I spotted that too thought she'd go back for it before she left but didn't.
It had the same print!
@@LauraMe... i agree too. I was yelling hhahahhaah
I just assumed she saw it and left it because it was just a single. I know it matched the shaker (or looked like it), but it didn’t really add anything to have both together. 🤷🏼♀️ I’m sure she had a reason.

Love the bear cookie jar
Have to laugh at your kitty...I did not know that newspaper could be so comfy! But then maybe she is reading the news. LOL!!!
My cat likes curling up on paper also.
Could be - Ziggy’s a pretty smart cookie! 😂
