- The plaintiff used to be friends with the defendant. He thinks the defendant embellishes his lifestyle, but he still loaned the defendant his credit card. The plaintiff says the defendant didn’t pay the credit card bill, so he’s suing. The defendant argues he has repaid the bill.

There are no friends I just had to cut off a guy I thought was my real homie but this was my eye opener his car caught a flat 2 different times I was there to help him both times took him a better jack and all now turn around my car was in the shop but it had got fixed so I called him like 10am asking him can he drop me off when i get off of work at 5pm to where my car is which was only 12mins away from his house driving he says no problem 5pm comes I call him he says oh I'm not even around right now and the shop closes at 6pm I said no problem I will find a way I never hit him up again and this was recent like literally 2 weeks ago I haven't heard from him since and I'm good on that guy

The men who do that are just unclean men. In my culture, men don't sit down to urinate. In my culture, that would be considered effeminate, unless they had a physical reason that prevents them from standing up. It's has been observed that many young boys were sitting down to urinate because they had no men around as role models, they urinated the way women do. Many people would not mind this so much because many don't care, see, or understand the purpose of mass-scale emasculation OR THEY AGREE WITH IT.
Sad case. As someone myself with a big heart, it’s sick to know people will take advantage of the ones who really just have your back 💯🤦🏾♂️

My father, uncles, husband, son, and grandsons have all managed to be clean while standing up to urinate. I've never heard of the females in my family complaining about cleanliness (and I don't come from a family of grin and bear it women). I've never had to clean up a toilet because of missed aim. My issue has been just put the toilet seat back down. It doesn't happen, but I learn to live with it, just like they learn to live with what I do.
These are the days when people don't seem to recognize that there are differences between men and women, boys and girls. Or they try to eliminate the differences.
