I've only had my Fusion F2 for a few days, but initial impressions are very high. The build quality is excellent - significantly better than other saws I have used. It is much quieter than I was expecting as well, which might be due in part to how smooth it runs. About the only minus point so far is the blade insert, which I am having trouble leveling with the table. I have the out red part flush with the table, but the inner black part must be lower as the 20mm wide timber I put through to set the ruler cursor was catching on the back of the table. I'll run a DTI over it to see what is going on, and maybe make a new insert if needed.

This was a very helpful video. The hardest part of this was getting the restraint plugs out. Even putting them in you must have very strong hands as this was also a struggle. Thanks for preparing the video. I’m all set now with 220v power.

Was this conversion kit ever in stock? When can I order it?

It’s really disappointing that my $2k saw needs a $130 part to rewire it for 220.

Poor electrical design. Only changes at motor should be necessary.
