This community is good. The temple poojas are done as per traditions and practices set by HH Sri Tridana Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji! There are annual brahmotsvams that are held in the temple. The senior citizens association is very active and they regularly organise cultural activities like hari katha pravachanam etc. There are very nice sports activities throughout the year like Avatar Premium League, Badminton league etc. There is a sense of togetherness with people across all regions and communities coming to celebrate grandly festivals like Holi etc. The food court, play school, clinic and pharmacy are good. STP is being resolved by My Home Constructions and should be replaced within 4 months. There are nice squash courts, badminton courts and tennis courts too. It is the least dense community with less than 1.9 lakh sft per acre compared to the nearby apartments which have 3-4 lakh sft per acre
This community is nooooooooot good one.. From past 6 months no swiming pool. Other main issue STP, in each and every flat we get bad smell from the bath room water. Even for the plants also they pour this STP water, due to this we wont feel fresh air from plants in Central park or in between the blocks. In club house guest rooms have lot of bugs/insects. I suggest don't select this Avatar, better explore other the underconstrution/ready to move community near to this area..
can you tell more about this please. what smell are you talking about?? it is absurd that u pay your life savings to live in a house that u cannot breath fresh air

2.5 Crores ($330k) for 1835sq.ft on 4th floor is less i think. Should be at least 3 Crores IMO as Hyderabad is similar to Manhattan.

U only buy than it's crazy to ask almost 15K per sft for an older construction
temple must have been outside of project like in tridasa ..its illegal to build it inside residential community..
