You are quoting 1.6Cr for 1314 sft which works out be 12000 per sft. Either the owner is being too greedy or you are leaving a lot of scope for negotiation. There are a lot of new communities in Kokapet-Narsingi stretch that are available from 9000 per sft

Even in Tranquil there are 3bhk available at 1.8 cr. Agreed that they have done interiors but if they are adding interiors to selling price, they have to know that when reselling, interiors are not worth that much…
