The clip at 2:56 is so beautifully done. I went back and watched it over and over and ended up recording it with my phone camera to watch when I need to. I've shown it to friends and therapists because it so beautifully displays how mindfulness can be used to deal with trauma, trauma that is stored in our bodies from childhood and from our ancestry.

Can anyone recommend me some series like Undone? I generally don't watch animated series but I realized all the potentials one can show in an animation! So, I am very much open to some recommendations.
A suggestion for a potential season 2. Like in the short lived series Awake (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Awake_(TV_series) ) Alma finds herself living in (jumping between) two realities. To chose one she may have to die in the other; leaving loved ones to mourn her loss. A potential cure for this dilemma is a Schrodinger box. Except that Alma is in the box and not a cat. There would be a mirror on one side of the box. One reflection of Alma would go to one reality and one reflection of Alma would go to the other. She would tell her reflection this. Both realities would exist while she is in the box. When she opens the box the potential realities would collapse into one for each reflection. It has to do with faith that there are other realities and believing each can be real.
