This song puts me in mind of the great, too soon departed singer-song writer Kate Wolf. Maybe it's the word-painting, the attention to nature and place in the lyrics, or maybe the shape of the melody, the use of minor chords, I don't know. But at the same time it's a totally unique thing, and it is wonderful. Keep up the great work, and I'm so glad I found you all.

tried to find chords/lyrics ..any help?

They are are playing it with a capo on second fret and using a D chord so they are in E. They are using an E chord, F sharp minor or really just am E minor finger position and a G position which is an A chord. Hope this helps a little but I don't have the lyrics.
