That 15 yard shooting looked a little shaky. Perhaps you should test with a proper bench rest in the future and I'm sure your grouping would be a third the size or less
Great video, but on the VSR 1, I'm not a fan. It's the aesthetics for me. Personally, if I were Marui doing a VSR10 successor, I'd have gone with keeping the same basic Remington 700 layout, but investing more time in the stock. A proper polymer M24 style stock, maybe interchangeable with a McMillian or tacti-kewl versions like the VSR1 and updated internals (ideally same mag but with proper mag placement) would've been better in my opinion.
Well, tokyo marui designed the gun to be made for CQB in japan's smaller airsoft fields. I wouldn't call it a successor to the vsr10, I would say it's in its own class of gun.

@@AirsoftDaddy marek was constantly doing longer range tests, like the video for the ssx23 and the psg1 or the compassion video between the mk12 and g28. Just seems lazy to use a small indoor range when they clearly have access to a decent range
@@markprescott1439 Mark probably had to travel 2-3hrs in total going there and back + he's occupying a game site so that'll be difficult to arrange. However I agree with you these guys could've put more effort into it though.

Also if they wanted to push on the Vsr10 (which is totally reasonable with the big success they had with it), they could have done a revisit of the classic Vsr10 with things like a TDC, a more solid stock, a different outter barrel with a slightly smaller diameter and with straight lines hollowed out ( new snipers usually have it nowadays) , etc... im really disappointed with Tokyo Marui

That grouping over 15m is indeed very impressive for a backup. And no offense, Rook, but please loosen up a bit and pleeease speak a little faster. Your prudence is appreciated but unecessary, we can follow you...
@@WitchDoctor87 the ssg10 is basically a very lightly modified vsr10 sold to people who don’t know anything about airsoft sniping. You can build a better rifle for less than half the price. Added to that there are better guns out of the box that aren’t a complete lie but you’re entitled to your own opinion…….even if you’re wrong

Complete joke of a gun. It's a cqb sniper which is not a thing. Looks like nothing, shoots like nothing. 3J is allowed around here for bolt action snipers, although those must also have at least 45cm long barrels.
Feel like sometimes you guys talk too slow, the editor should remove the dead space where you guys aren't talking. Also, I didn't have to watch the 15m test. This video didn't need to be 18 minutes long.
Upgrade it (spring, longer barrel in a fake suppressor, heavier bb's) and let's see what it does.

very true, but keep in mind they are in hong kong, it is a lot of effort to find a space that's 40m+

I did a 30 meter test, outside in the wind, it always hit the target. For a spring rifle, it's awesome
