Well there is hundreds of bookmakers and asian ones and pinnacle have big limits. Also don't forget they can use multiple accounts. And they probably don't stake more than couple of millions per match.
It's hard for me to believe event like football match can be predicted in a sense that you can say there is exactly 55% of something occuring. I think you can accurately predict things in like 10% range. Just too match randomnesses. There is 21 players, every single one of them affect the game. And you cannot know every player motive,or they're having good or bad day they could have a cold or having family issues. Teams can play attacking football creating tens of opportunities and match ends 0-0. reason why bookmakers are profitable is they don't need accurate odds they just need to closely predict what people will bet. Odds on real aren't 1.40 because those are chances - edge but because 85% of money is on that side. Also bookmakers have hundreds and hundreds of games to predict. They're using softwares based on basic stats and public opinion and then public money. I thimk you're best of finding profitable bet for whole league then individual matches. For example betting all overs in Austria last season gives you 1000 profit on 100 stake per match. Australia league gives you 500 profit on bts market. Premier league would give you big profits on underdogs. Mainly because of some huge odds underdogs wins with odds 20.00 plus. Now are those results replicable in the future? I don't know.

The real owner is Fabrizio Romano
WTF?
Who
what do u think their margin of error is? e.g. would they back@1.98 if their true price is 1.95?
We would say so, that's still a decent edge for the sharp markets. But obviously we're just guessing.
@@TrademateSports then they may have very much different stakes in each game if they hunt value in that way?
@@kankantona9070 Yes you would think they have different stakes in each game dependant on the edge. Similar to the Kelly Criterion.

Thought any club owner of anyone with inside info is banned from betting on any match
I'm sure he can't bet on Brighton games, or maybe even EPL games. But the rest would be fair game
Trademate Sports almost certain it is a complete blanket ban on betting on any football related markets thats according to the FA anyway
Interesting point.
