New builds are amazing to watch. I like seeing how you start a city. I’m trying to get away from the grid and squared streets and you have given me tons of ideas. Thank you for the doing the remastered version too! I wish it was more ready though…

So glad you are back, I am a PC player and love watching your console builds! They are so much more unique and interesting than the normal PC content out there.
I just love listening sometimes to someone who understands the game and has a bit more creativity, whether it's on in the background or I'm actively watching, it's just a nice casual ride as the world gets more fleshed out.

Good to see you back! Opened up remastered on cloud for the first time last night. It's going to take some getting used to and the mouse/keyboard doesn't work on cloud. Definitely going to keep up with this series!

I like to use pedestrian areas to build out schools from the buildings and parks they provide. I wish they had a narrow path for pedestrian areas though.

Hey, I'm a "pipes under the roads, because that's where they belong" kinda player but I'm also not very good at the game so I just have fun building. I like to watch builds like this, and Biffa and City Planner Plays, Real Civil Engineer...really mix up the realistic and goofy play styles. But it's a game. Just having a nearby pipe isn't how we get water to buildings, under a road or not lol (not to mention sewage and water in the same pipes...I mean come on). So play the game how you want to play the game. Putting the pipe there just simulates (symbolizes maybe) the little connections to individual houses or whatever in your simulation.

Don't forget to pause your game and not let it run on speed x3 when you're just building roads at the start so you're not hemorrhaging money for no reason lol
Definitely a tip I gave in early seasons but I don't bother anymore ;-)
I like new builds because the beginning of the game is the most fun/interesting to me. Once I get to about 30k population or so I start over. lol 🤷♀️🙃 so in that respect, I guess you could say I like making smaller towns or I’m just not creative enough. It just feels a bit redundant after awhile.

Do you have to lay separate water lines? In cities 2 the water pipes are built into the roads
What about water. Do I get water with remasterd? And if not what pack do I get for water?
That area u showed on that island it looks like water canals to me.....
Also the name for streams and rivers that look almost like snakes is called a meandering stream. Look it up.
That's one of the reasons why it's named Meander. You're telling me to lookup something I refer to during the first minute and a half of the episode.

Everything from 2022 and earlier is out. All DLC that came out in 2023, CCPs, Radio Stations, Hotels etc, that will released for Remastered "late summer" according to Paradox.

I try to follow along with roads and such but I stop watching when I can’t follow along such as making changes off camera…I just stop watching after that

Oh fudge the river game is real my rivers suck
I always role play as a whole municipality in my head and I imagine your financial manager is screaming that we're spending too much money on roads as they watch the account decrease with every dirt road! But hey! At least they aren't regular roads! My financial manager in my head is named Frank lol
