Just drove to the Quantum Machinery to pickup my bundle yesterday & assembled/cleaned up. I am 3hrs one way from them. Folks there are top notch and the product is really incredible. Far nicer than any video or picture can reveal. I added the castor legs so I can move easily as needed in my garage. I also bought the lift ring and strapped to the forks on a track loader which made moving and assembly simple.

Casters sound like a good idea. Anytime I've needed to move mine around I pick up one side and put on car dollies then pick up the other side and push it around. How are you liking it?

@Cranksfabshop love it. If I had to say anything negative is that I leaned the hard way that direct surface contact and welding the weld splatter even with anti splatter spray will leave marks on the beautiful finish. It's one of those things that once it wqs assembled in place and cleaned up it wqs so incredible looking it took me a while before i used it. Once you get the first new marks or scratches on it then ya move on. The coating is durable BUT is not indestructible like is portrayed in some.ofnthe test videos. Marks and splatter marks easier than you would think.
It's ridiculously expensive and all the accessories so for someone like me that is a diy hobbist it was a massive investment but one that will last a lifetime.

@@yellowmetaldriver1460 I agree with that. I don't mig weld on mine, but just from grounding through the table it leaves marks in the finish.

I'm looking at getting the same set up but I really need 4x5. that being said you mentioned something about you wish it was thicker. would you go with a system 22 around that size?

I had looked at the larger Siegmund tables and would have went that route if I had more shop space to accommodate a larger table. But this 3x4 is doing good for my current needs.

Any updated video on this table? I am considering the 4x3 bundle of the same. Also curious with that coating any issue charging the entire table w the ground clamp or does the coating interfere and you have to ground the workpiece?

I am working on a video for my review on the table. Overall I do like the table and the size is good for a smaller shop. The coating doesn’t affect with grounding. One thing I like about the last fixture table I used when at APR was that it was a thicker top and was threaded so we could just bolt the fixtures to the table. But it is nice having the tooling with this table.

Any updates on the table and the review video you mentioned after use? Thanks

I was planning to film the last bit of the review video and ended up getting sick and haven’t been able to get out to the shop for a few weeks now. Planning on finishing it up next week or the week after for sure though.

Curious is that something just sitting on the surface or was it a scar or gouge out of the box? Looking about 9min 30seconds in your video count 3 rows up from the closest edge facing the camera and between the 8th and 9th hole right to left.
Interested to know if that was damage out of the box or just something sitting on the surface. Just ordered the identical kit in imperial after watching your vid.

I’ll take a closer look tonight when I get to my shop, but I think it is just the reflection from the flag. I remember that when I was unboxing the table it was very well packaged. I think you will like the table and accessories.

@@Cranksfabshop March 4th is the ETA so bummer it's not in stock. But I live 3 hours one way from there so my wife & I will be making a day trip to pickup.
Hopefully it is just a reflection!
